I ordered two 16 oz. Raptor glasses back in early December 2021, they arrived quickly but the box was damaged, the glasses were completely different (I ordered a jersey style glass, got a plain logo) and one was scratched. I contacted The Sports Vault in Winnipeg (sellers) and spoke with David Thompson - Director of Operations who went ABOVE and beyond to make us happy by sending us out a pair of glasses for our trouble. I would order from these guys again anytime!

When you order this cup off Amazon just comes broken in a paper bag, too bad nice mug, but will not be or ding anything of yours again
