I have been coming to this clinic for 6/7 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone is very kind and patient. I havent been here since before covid. It was an hour in and out. The staff are very busy, I feel sad for them, but they remain professional and calm.

First impressions are important. I've been to many lifelabs, but I've never seen such a depressing place. When I first entered, I greeted the guests with a smile, and explained each one kindly, eliminating the fear of blood extraction.I felt like I was being served at a top-class hotel. I will only come here now. For the rest of my life!

The staff is very rude. I walked in ans got an appointment after 1 hour. I was waiting in the waiting area, and someone else walks in after me and gets an appointment after 30 mins. I asked the lady that why did she do this, she replied to me sorry that I missed out on this.Like how difficult is it to check the calendar.Instead of apologising, she was behaving as if it was my mistake.This branch needs to change their front desk.

I did a blood test here today's morning. There was no queue. Hence I spent less time here than expected, even though I checked in through Save My Spot. Moreover, I got the results available the same day. The staff is polite, friendly, and professional. Excellent job.

Went in here today for some blood work around 115. Usually I'm given the option of which arm I would like them to draw from but not today!He chose my heavily tattooed right arm and after putting the needle in my skin, fumbled around under my skin for at least 10-15 seconds looking for a vein.I've had blood taken plenty of times and am a regular blood donor and this was the most painful experience I've had in regards to blood being taken.I was surprised how short the wait was considering I didn't have an appointment, so that was a plus.

If you live downtown and think you will save time coming to this LifeLabs, you’re wrong. Even with an appointment, I waited for over an hour. I’ve gone to other LifeLabs and no queue / friendly service.Advice is simple: avoid.

i don’t think anyone really takes their time to read these reviews because if they did read it they would know the old lady with glasses needs to be fired right away. she’s very rude, no communication skills, and doesn’t allow the customer to speak she just kept cutting me off.save my spot is a scam you’ll never be checked in with the time given to you on the app/website, you will have to still wait for at least another hour.when sick patients arrive for blood work you would imagine they are being treated properly however this location is the opposite makes sick people to end up getting even worse with disgusting behavior and attitude from their staff and the old lady on the front desk.
