May long weekend is a rush for sure and the first one of the season, I would expect there to be a few bumps getting everything back on their wheels for the new year... but... We were told to show up to pick up the trailer at 11:00, and i was told a half an hour wait, i left at 12:12. The cleaning lady was extremely rude as she said she had been worked till 2:00am the night before. She got much nicer as we came in and paid. She apologized for her rudeness but still no apology was made on the wait time or any offer to make up for my lost time. The rudeness was her fault, but the lack of organization and her frustration I believe is the companies fault and they must not have given her any room to make it up to us on this point. I had a camping companion who also rented a trailer here and picked his trailer up at 9:00, he also said he waited about an hour as well.To make my experience a one star, when the family we camped with had to dump our tanks we went to do it together, last year their sewer hose that was provided had a hole in it. This year we asked for a double check on the sewer hose as we didn't want to have a spill like last year. They assured us it was checked. This year my husband jumped under the trailer to hook up the hose to dump the waste tanks and did not check the hose as we were assured it was double checked" (we will never trust someone else in this department again) needless to say he got the foul end of the deal as there was a hole.I will be returning the trailer this morning and will update on the kind of service i receive dealing with the sewer hose."

We live on an island which brings unique challenges for any installation. Capital Flagpole did an amazing job. They were able to install a beautiful 40' flagpole with a huge 9' Canadian flag on our island in just a couple hours. Great to deal with, amazing communication and great quality product. I would certainly recommend Capital Flagpole!

Honestly, best customer service I've had in a very long time. I just opened my store in Ottawa ( Optique Prestige ) and I needed a sign done ASAP. Kevin said he would make sure it would be done before the store's grand opening. Three days later, the sign was installed. To top it all off, the pricing was more than fair and beats any competitor.If you call, ask for Kevin. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Heather was great, confirmed information for us. The other girl was very unprofessional...we would go back but would never want to deal with her again. She needs to understand what customer service is, like a previous review commented 'treated like trash', but Heather was very professional and super helpful...saved our experience for sure.

Great store to visit. Was very impressed with the service and selection of flags. Would STRONGLY recommend for anyone looking into custom flags. Barely any wait, very professional staff. I like that you can purchase using credit cards also.

Le Flag Shop has been very helpful in delivering very rapidly a great quality custom flag that fit our budget and expectations. They took the time to adapt to our needs and to explain in detail why they needed our logo in a certain format, as to avoid confusion. While the prices are a bit high, the quality of product and of service that comes with that price is definitely worth it.

Tom was super easy and friendly to deal with when I placed my custom order for a couple of range flags (green and red). Yeah, the order was a small one, but he was happy to make this happen for me. I was super pleased to be supporting a local small business in Downtown Victoria. They accommodated all my specifications and shipped the completed products to me in Ontario. I have been working with WestKey Graphics since our rebranding initiative in 2019 and it has been a great experience. Meera has always gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is on time and exactly what we ordered. I highly recommend this company as they are always professional and make sure the client is happy with their prints, merchandise etc. WestKey is a one stop shop and colour matching is never a problem.

Decals were exactly how I wanted them and installation was super easy. Great product.Service was mostly good except some delays in getting a response, however I must say the product was ready by the time I needed it.
