Parking Montreal Trust

I parked in this parking garage to attend a local concert on 11-Jun-22. I returned at 10:45pm to collect my car (along with at least 30 other concert attendees). We found that ALL exterior doors to the facility were locked. This took some to time to establish as we had to walk around a very large city block. We then called the emergency number listed at the street entrance to the garage. After some time a guard came and opened up the car entrance doors (not man doors). We then had to walk down a rather steep car ramp into the parking garage. When we asked the guard why there was no open entrance, she said that she had to lock all the doors because she was alone and that she had other things to do!!!! I can't believe this facility would have so little regard for our safety. Furthermore, there were no parking pay machines available as all the entrances to the stairwells were locked and we all had to pay at the parking gate exit which added to our frustrations. Very Very Very sub-standard service. I would avoid it.

Bad experience. Don't use it. You re car is not safe there.

Great parking for bikes

This underground parking is rather convenient, being right under Place Montreal Trust but it is small, there is often some kind of work going on which closes down large sections of an already small space and it’s best not to park there if you plan to stay late during the evening. After 9pm the doors to the building are locked and often there isn’t even an employee at the booth.

Great place to park downtown..when you shopping..only 8$ after 6pm

Always space in the weekend and like 8-9 dollars after 5 on weekdays and on the weekends.
