As a new patient to Dr Feinstein’s practice, I was weary of eye doctors from past experiences. I must say though that Dr Feinstein and his staff were truly exceptional.Great client care and a real desire to help people see better. I think I found my forever eye doctor.

Eye Dr is absolutely great but due to what transpired with Tara we will not be going back and will be finding a new eye Dr and new place to buy glasses

Really superior experience - i find shopping for frames typically overwhelming but the vibe is super relaxed at Vision Clinic and there is a real authenticity in this place. I felt instantly comfortable and in very good hands. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Dr. Patel was so great! The appointment was for me, and my 4 year old son. It was my son's first time, Dr. Patel was so warm and welcoming (as the whole office team was as well). He helped my son and myself feel very comfortable! I could tell that he has a lot of patients who are children, because he was very interested and interactive with my son. As a parent, it made me feel comfortable that he was helping my son feel relaxed and comfortable with what was going on. I would highly recommend anyone to book an appointment with him, especially with young kids.

I had an appointment on 24th I didn't even know because no one called or send latter.Waited one year for this appoinment . Calling me after 3 days saying I missed my appointment I need referral.I asked her why did you not remind me or send me latter she refused to talk and kept saying need new referral and wand another few months.I feel like she could be little Polite and explain me batter but she choose not to.No owonder only 2.1 start review.Got client by tones so for few of us they don't care.

Dr. Cam has been an outstanding support to my son. He figured out what was going on with his eyes, but just as importantly, he validated his life experience not seeing anything clearly. And the follow up support has been outstanding as well. The staff is equally kind, cheerful and supportive.

Thomas, the store owner, is knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time explaining every details and offered a complimentary eye exam for me.The store carries pretty good selection of frames and Thomas said he could order any special frame for us.My first visit was shopping for a pair of glasses. With the excellent experience, I came back for contact lens which I never tired in my whole life. Again, Thomas was super patient with me and taught every little things from wearing to maintaining the contact lens.I never look back to any chain store while I could get better and friendly service in my neighborhood.[2017 Oct]Make another purchase today at Middlegate Optical. Dr. Mat Broschak is the most incredibly thorough and attentive optometrist I’ve ever seen. Dr. Broschak has a way of breaking down complex topics and explaining them in such a way that you feel educated about your eyes and eye health. I’ve never been left with any questions or doubts after an eye exam, and his suggestions for the most comfortable contact lens options for my dry eyes are always spot-on. The Okanagan is lucky to be served by the great team of doctors and staff at Orchard Park Optometry!
