I had a walk through last week with Steve. He added cleaning requirements after I signed the agreement and left the house. He also didn't take his shoes off and is charging me for cleaning" at 25$/hrI think a puppet doll can be a better property manager."

My overall experience with them was mostly positive. They have a to do list from my place that wasn't completed. My business was transferred to a new company but I don't think the list was transferred. I will add 2 stars to this review once completed.
