We found the venue just fine, and the staff were helpful in getting us started on the pontoon boat. The weather was looking really iffy, lots of white caps and very windy. As we got onto the lake and found the waves really hammering the boat, I wondered why they didn't mention anything about the water conditions. My kids were terrified. As a result in the end we had to turn back after 20 minutes. Of course they cannot control the weather, so I understand; however just be warned that YOU the client takes the risk of inclement weather and they will not postpone your rental even if they are not fully booked on the day you'd rather go.

Excellent service. Great communication ahead of fishing boat rental. Skylar was great in orienting us to the boat. Boats well maintained. Will be back.

Their main business are the pontoon and jet ski rentals which might be longer wait times, but we were there just for the SUPs and kayaks.Amazing lake and views, shallow waters near the shore for SUP, watching sunset during kayaking was unreal. Great prices and chill staff.Only cons are the SUP are all in worn out condition, some have broken fins and most with no leg strap. Also dont expect them to give a tutorial or lesson. Overall it didnt take away from our experience as we went on a weekday and could select the few good SUPs. The kayak conditions were better.Definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.

There was a mess up on the booking timing from my end and they accommodated and pulled through on making the changes to accommodate our group, despite it being a busy long weekend. Appreciate them in a bigggg wayy. They were willing to work with me to see how they can help to resolve the issue. The service, equipment, everything was great!!

Great place and great experience. We did Jet ski and Kayak, both were really good. Jet ski was equipped with GPS for safety. Very good place for beginner And advanced riders.Very friendly customer service. The lady over there, I don’t know her name, she was really helpful when we had trouble.Thank you

Westlake Watersports team is really great! We had an amazing experience renting Jet Skis. They made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jet skis were new, the service, everything were flawless with them. We are planning to go back for boating and Jet Skiing again. Thank you, Westlake Team, for making our day enjoyable!!

Spent an hour ripping around the lake and had a blast. The two young employees provided excellent clear instructions on how the machines are remotely controlled by them with GPS tracking, how the machines will automatically slow down if you're in a no go zone. Had a great time. Well worth the money!! I will return!

Awesome experience! We booked the zip and sip tour, which is a winery/brewery tour on a quad through the trails. It was a beautiful experience. We had the best guide Skyler, who was super knowledgeable of the community, and pointed us to the best eating spot. He was friendly and really made the experience whole. Thank you!
