Took 1hr 45 minutes on a Thursday morning but managed to get through. Not bad considering I didn’t have an appointment. Appointments are like 1 month + wait .

Ce sont des voleurs! Mon véhicule est au garage depuis 2 semaines, je dois l’envoyer chez un spécialiste pour le faire réparer. J’appel CAA pour le faire remorquer et l’envoyer à un autre garage et ils refusent de remorquer mon véhicule parce qu’il est sur les pneus d’été. Ils refusent d’utiliser 1 de mes 4 dépannages gratuit parce qu’il est “non conforme”, mais ils m’offre de le remorquer seulement si je paye 150$. Belle gang de voleur! Je ne m’abonne plus jamais avec eux, c’est complètement ridicule!

LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD.Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Chelsea at In and Out registry (South) is rude and unhelpful. It’s almost like she makes it her mission to make you feel terrible about yourself. I called asking about a reschedule for a road test. This is my first time ever taking it and I was super excited. Unfortunately my mom ended up having to be 8 hours away when I’m taking it. Therefore I won’t have her parental signature. I found out this weekend and read through the provided instructions to not leave voicemails and since they were closed on weekends. I waited until as soon as they opened on Monday to call. I let Chelsea know my situation and immediately she started telling me that I should’ve left a voicemail and that it was common sense to. Where as on the provided introductions it clearly states that “voicemails and emails are not accepted”. She told me I should’ve known better and that I had a week since my booking date to reschedule. She did not offer any solution rather she talked down on me. Do not trust these people with your money. They do not want to help you.

If I could do negative stars I would. I personally don’t use them. They have a reputation of being snotty, bully’s and self righteous.My parents moved here from BC and needed to get AB licenses. They were given the usual run around of what they needed. Jumped thru all the hoops. The whole time of hoop jumping they were warned by not one but many about “the ladies at the end of the street”. Some said good luck and snickered. Well , they got all the papers, tests, you name it that was needed and applied. An IN HOUSE MISTAKE made by one the the woman in there caused the delay of my dad’s application. She inverted numbers and it was caught at the next level. They called. My dad had to go again to town. Show more ID even tho they had destroyed his BC license and now only has an invalid piece of paper they gave him. They said they would fix the issue in house and if not they would call. They didn’t call. A month later still no license. We called. They needed more ID. Finally we find out that the AB govt cancelled his license. They were Snotty about it and he now has to reapply. We will be going to Castor. Hopefully we can get the $96 fee back from Stettler. Not hopeful on that.one of the first things they heard in Stettler was about the b!tchy ladies at the end of the street. Now they know it’s true.

I genuinely tried to like Samira and her firm, and truly thought I found my long term partnership firm. I appreciated this firm being an all female firm + she gave off a good first impression, but that’s where all the good starts and ends.Samira is extremely tardy. Say one thing, and not do the other. I am not entirely sure if she has a memory disability, but this lady’s punctuality is one of the poorest I’ve ever seen.You would think having a business. One would understand the value of time and importance of your word being good. Unfortunately Samira has neither. I previously expressed my concerns. She did take accountability which then lead me into giving us another chance, but Ignoring my gut. Samira again very SHORTLY after fell back into her habits.I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

The wait time was long but expected. The dirty blonde haired lady that helped me out was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her helping me with my Healthcard and drivers license changes.

terrible place do not go here!! the workers are beyond rude and do not care about you or your problems. i was 10 minutes late and they refused my service all because the instructor “did not want to help me because i was late”. i had a job interview before which was last minute and i was not able to reschedule my driving test without losing my money (which was $155). because of this i arrived 10 minutes late and when i arrived one worker lied and said the instructor went home and when i asked for the manager she said that the instructor didn’t want to help me because i was late. never again will i go here and i recommend you don’t either!
