I can not say enough about how great this dealership is. Aaron and the rest of the service department, along with my sales rep Luke, have gone above and beyond looking after me with my Mercedes’ Benz SL550.They continued to chase down an issue I was having with the car and resolved it beyond my expectations.Yes, regular service is expensive but when they look after you like they do you don’t mind paying a premium.Thank you Aaron and Mercedes Benz Boundary. Once again I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership for everything from purchasing a vehicle to the continued servicing.

I signed a car here and even sent a deposit. The car, which would come out in a month, arrived in two months and I thought I could bring the car right away. However, it was not until then that my dealer received my information and started applying for a loan, and recently I was notified that I could not have a car because of a mortgage for home purchase. If I had expected this to happen, I would have found a more definite place to buy a car and wouldn't have wandered the long time without a car. Who is the deposit for?I don't know if I didn't meet a good dealer or if it was a system problem, but the loss was up to the consumer in any way.

Pricey as expected for service. Took a long time to finish up paperwork for the service on my car. However, bought engine and cabin filter for DIY at reasonable price. Nice waiting area with coffee/tea/pastry.

The experience was great. The staff, especially Josh was very nice and patient with us. He helped us sort everything we needed and made sure that we were informed of what we're getting into.Katherine help us too with finalizing our finance. Everyone was very welcoming and we really appreciate the service provided for us. Highly recommend this location and Josh, as well as Katherine to give you the best Mercedes experience.

I was a bit skeptic sending my SUV for a service at their service Center and my fears turned out to be true having read through the negative feedbacks. The front desk is courteous however the service rep are either overwhelmed or under staffed and are not effective communicators. My car was returned after the service with more problems, the air conditioning vents are blowing air with terrible sound. I am hoping this will be looked into, definitely not the experience I have had with Mercedes dealership in the many years, if this continues will take my business elsewhere.

Went for an annual check up. My vehicle was taken at the time agreed and transportation provided back home as well as for my return the next day. A Thorough explanation of the service was done orally by Jason and accompanied by a full written report of all the work done. Excellent experience.

I highly recommend Josh Baik, he is an excellent salesmen who went all above expectations. He made it extremely easy to understand and was very patient and caring. After I purchased my car, I still had some questions abut the car and Josh would pick up my call immediately and relived all my stress of using a new car. Overall, his service made me feel like family and I highly recommend him. Great experience!
