True professionals with great knowledge and experience. We will definitely be talking to the ladies in the spring when we’re ready to take on the bathrooms and basement in our new home and then everything will be new and beautiful and done! Kudos Chris! My son just recently purchased carpet and had installation done.. Well wasn’t a very good job the main seem it’s in the main walkway, in the living room, And having a small child and a dog it will pull a part, you can see where the seam is a very shoddy job. But we know this because we have carpet installers in the family and they laughed at the job that was done there. The only reason why he went to this place is to keep business in marine city. Obviously I must have problems with installation because their guys did not know what he was doing ....

Great family business that I trust! I was searching for a specific type of tile and went to all the tiles stores in York Region when I came across Vito and his store. From the second I walked in, I felt very welcome. Vito provides unbiased opinion on what will work and provided great pricing to the same tile compared to other places. We were renovating our 2 bedroom condo in June .So we went to Mario’s tiles to checkout some tile options for bathroom floors and kitchen,and asked Leah to give us a quote for the material cost and installation. She sent an estimator few days later. And after that we never got a quote. I waited 3 weeks and called her, she said they have to review and get back to me. They never did, after calling 4-5 times I walked into the store. Leah said they were busy working on some mansions, and as usual said they will get back to me on the estimate.That’s when I understood they were not interested in our small condo project but I still waited for them to get back to me. After almost 2 months I went in for the second time to ask Leah what was going on.She said the same thing. I waiting one more week and went to Sarana tiles.

During the whole nightmare experience of my house renovation project, the only positive and relaxing part was Vantile's experience. I had several change orders and rush orders where Sahar provided the best customer service I could ever imagined. She is very responsive and delivered exactly what I wanted in short notice. The prices are unbeatable. It is a small shop with tons of tile and flooring selections. I am so glad I did business with Sahar (vantile) and I will go back to her for every tile/ flooring needs from now on.
