We had Mak redo our prefinished hardwood floors. The prefinish was hard and cupping making it a difficult job.Mak and Shining House has all the latest and best equipment ensuring our maple floor was professionally and beautifully finished.Mak went above and beyond to ensure we knew the cost, the schedule and the process.We will definitely hire Mak for any future flooring project.

We put in a bathroom down in our Basement over a year ago. Maksym put in the tile on the shower walls and floor. He new exactly what I wanted and suggested a different grout then my choice as it would not of turned out. The bathroom was irregular so he cut the tiles accordingly. Max did a great job on vinyl and hardwood floors, including 4 staircases, as well as tiling backsplashes for me on 2 new houses: 4 kitchens and 12 bathrooms in total. He works hard, communicates well, and his prices are well-invoiced and reasonable. The quality of his work is excellent. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We've done a recent home renovation project with Max and couldn't be happier with the results! We were lucky to find Max as he has a wide range of skills - helping us redo our flooring, bathroom, kitchen - so we didn't have to find a specialist for each work and lose time. He also recommended and helped us coordinate an excellent plumber, electrician, and cleaning team therefore speeding up the process and making us worry less about finding the right people.Another thing we really appreciate about Max's work is that he always found efficient solutions and workarounds when we were missing some supplies or didn't buy enough materials for the floor/kitchen.
