Paradigm | Tile and Flooring

I had such a good experience with paradigm. My gf and I had been looking for about two weeks to find tile. Most places we looked at were little to no help. We just by chance happened to stop into Paradigm while we were in the neighbourhood. The sales lady was so helpful and nice. She totally made our fireplace renovation perfect, with her choice of tile. Our electrical was done by element electric, which I also can not be happier with!

I searched many stores for tiles and finally landed on paradigm surfaces, thanks to google :). Im glad i went their, was able to find all the tiles i needed for my home. Its a family owned bussiness and they were very helpful in selecting the tiles, even guiding us on what works well for each room. I decided to purchase my hardwood/vinyl there as well due to the excellent service.Recommended a couple of friends as well, who were quite pleased. So if you need help on getting good tiles or any other flooring, i definitely recommend paradigm!!!

This is a long overdue post. We discovered Paradigm during our house build in 2020 and could not have asked for a better experience. This is a family owned store where you get exceptional service. They helped us choose tile designs throughout our house and were very patient and knowledgable when it came to questions. Everything from the first store visit to the delivery has been amazing. After browsing almost every tile business in the lower mainland, paradigm was the one! The team at paradigm are very knowledge and honest about their products. Their selection is one of the best in the lower mainland and prices are unbeatable. The tile we had originally chosen for our home was out of stock (due to covid), however, we were shown a very similar tile and fell in love! As first time home builders, we were nervous about our choices but were reassured and helped to the very end. Our family has been working with the paradigm team for the past six months and not once have we felt as if paradigm was not the best fit. Quick replies to emails and price list is honest and upfront. The minute you walk in to their showroom, you are truly treated like family. I would recommend this business to anyone who is building a home!

I went to Paradigm Surfaces for all my tile/flooring needs (Pics attached). I had visited other stores as well but Paradigm had the best selection for tiles/floors from low-cost products to designer brands. The staff were very knowledgeable and provided above and beyond service. They helped me design my first home as I had no experience. I highly recommend them to anyone and I would definitely come back again for my future projects.

I got referred to Paradigm Surfaces by a friend as I was in the process of building a new home and I recieved nothing but exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly the type of look I wanted and knew what they were talking about. Very high quality and unique tiles with huge selection to choose from. Definitely will be going back for future projects!

Staff go over and beyond. Was surprised by this as have had some challenging experiences during our house build. The owners/staff know what they are talking about and got us all our tiles/flooring done within budget and gave us great design options at every price point. If I need flooring tiles in the future most definitely would be my first call and would recommend to family and friends.
