At AAA Collision repairs I took my car for repairs, the people are very friendly, professional, prompt at your needs, and take extra care and attention to details. The work was completed on my car to the top notch condition, like brand new look, I was very much satisfied with the work and would recommend to all that need ICBC or or other collision repairs done in their cars, this is the place to go. No appt just go and they will quickly look at your vehicle and give you the next appt. Very efficient and first-class service. Office staff gave me the best service with the quotations and all questions answered quickly.

AAA repaired my vehicle quickly and a quality work was done. Their staff is helpful and ensured a smooth process, so I guess that's what you expect to get it after a collision of you want a worry-free experience.

I always come here whenever my car needs a body fix and always have been happy with their service . This time Im super disappointed in their service. They did not do thorough check. Im not sure if I just got unlucky or what, but after a month of my car being in a workshop; They noticed there was a sound coming from the car and told me to wait few days since they repaired a lot of parts. After few days the sound is the same so I just brought it to Lexus; and they said that AAA collision possibly took out the noise cancellation for hybrid and when asked they wouldnt admit and gave a washy answer. They must not realised the extensive of the damage to my car as majority of the engine is on the side where I got hit. They were kind enough to pay lexus on my behalf; however, the issue was still not fixed. After almost two months of issue after issue, I wish they wouldve written it off from doing a proper diligent of inspection. The claim was 22k and rising; it reached almost to the value of my car. As the claim rise, the value of my car depreciate highly. If they have done a proper inspection, its clear that my car has the potential to be written off as the engine needs more and more fixing. It would have save everyone time. Lastly, they left the “hybrid” sticker in my glove box when it was their job to stick it on the side of my door. At the end I had to do it myself. They really short themselves this time. I hope you can due diligent for the next client that needs help. This experience has been completely stressful for me.

I highly recommend AAA Auto Collision, Sam and his team did an exceptional job on my vehicle. I am truly blown away by the professionalism and service they pulled through.Sam’s customer service goes above and beyond, not only did he take my car in during a busy time and quickly make space on his lot, him and his team managed to complete everything at a reasonable time considering the amount of damage.I was provided with 2 different courtesy cars as well, at no cost, and was always updated on my vehicle. This place is amazing. Other places you call you need to book appt but they let you come over and get your car looked at and give you estimate right away. they did an amazing job and the people are so friendly. you can see the before and after pics. they were amazing and highly recommended place to go.

Excellent Quality and Superior ServiceI am very pleased with the repairs done on my car! I included one before and two after pictures to show the craftsmanship on the body repairs. I was rear-ended and brought my vehicle to AAA for repair.Upon repair, the trunk leaked in the rain, so I returned the vehicle under ICBC warranty for trunk leak repair and the car was returned to me with a broken tail light to be fixed by the shop (December 2022).The trunk continued to leak and so I returned a a 3rd time to have the leak fixed and take a curtesy car home. There was no curtsy car available at my appointment. I returned a 4th visit to the shop for the leak fix.Upon car pick up, the trunk leak was resolved, but the rear window had been left open in the rain for the duration of the repair of two days at the AAA Collision site, and my car sustained water damage to the carpet, leather seat, and rear door interior. I pointed out this issue before leaving, and the shop vacuumed the surface of the carpet and wiped the top of the leather with towels. The car was returned to me after an hour with a soaking rear interior seats, floor, front seat, and moisture throughout the windows of the interior.At home, I was required to remove my rear seat, the carpet, and soaked up the rain puddle in the bottom of the car and periodically dry out the leather seats with my dehumidifier for 5 days to remove the moisture. I feel the shop should have taken responsibility for the clean up and water damage.Further, the tail light was not fixed for two months from Dec 2022 - Feb 2023 and so I personally sourced and called to find the part for the shop from a second hand dealer, and they installed it.AAA paid for the replacement part and installation of the tail light.
