10/10 would definitely recommend checking out deco tile in oakville, they have a toronto location too but this one is so much better for us because it's closer to home and we loved working with Maria. This was our first major home reno so we were really nervous with all the decisions we had to make and if everything was going to look good... deco tile has a great selection and Maria was amazing at helping us figure everything out. She helped us picked the right tile based on our colour scheme and made sure we had it ordered on time for the contractor, she also really took the time to take care of us and made sure we were comfortable with our selection and answered all of our questions. Both Victoria and Maria go above and beyond to help ensure that you love the space you're creating. We have been to A LOT of tile stores and Deco Tile is simply the best. It was important to us that the tiles we picked flowed well with the rest of our home. We really appreciated Maria's extensive design knowledge and time that she spent with us to make the most out of our space.

Great sales assistance from Maria at the Oakville location! She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient and has always been able to help both me and my clients (when I’ve sent them into the showroom alone) come up with great options for projects. Good selection of tiles unique to them and usually in stock as well!

My wife and I found Deco tile to have a great tile selection. We did three bathrooms in our house and the sales decorator Maria was phenomenal! We had sort of a vision in mind but had no idea how to make it all come together. She took the time to listen and give us different options, allowing us to step out of our comfort zone... Which we're so glad we did. Now with the bathrooms almost done we couldn't be happier with the results, if it wasn't for her expertise and guidance we would not have chosen the tile we did and have it looking so amazing. Outstanding Customer Service. We were directed to Deco Tile by our designer. We were skeptical at first because we have always shopped at another local tile retailer. However, we were so pleasantly surprised by this store, they have a vast selection of tile and the customer service was impeccable. The sales/decorator lady Maria was so knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to listen to our wants and needs, she placed the orders promptly and efficiently and actually followed through with the time line promised! What was even more surprising was that she actually took the time to follow up with us regarding delivery and even wanted to be sure we were happy with the title selection!….
