I found their website through google. I wanted to switch my old Surgitel flip up loupes to custom TTL loupes without going bankrupt.. Their prices were good so I took a trip to Waterloo to check out their products. I was welcomed by the lenscan team and they took all the needed measurements and notes. I was impressed by that and by the quality of the loupes I tried on so I bought one on spot, with their LED headlight as well. Highly recommend for quality to price.

Whoever is driving your van around needs to be checked. Dangerously aggressive driving through residential neighborhoods is a poor way to conduct yourselves. Seems like this isn’t the first time.

She is a breath of fresh air... very friendly, welcoming and a carries a warm smile. In addition, her desire and ability to take care of clients is unmatched. When I experienced some difficulties with my insurance provider, she was in my corner; respectfully and persuasively communicating with their agents to resolve the issue. Rosie is indeed a wonderful asset as the front line reception for this dental care provider.The dentist who took care of me, Dr. Abby Sra is not only very skillful, but friendly, gentle and caring. It felt as if I was in very capable and trustworthy care. Both the CDA and the hygienist were equally gentle, caring and very accomplished. All three of these talented ladies made me feel wonderfully cared for, despite having to get dental work done.Furthermore, the office and facilities is outstanding. Clean, modern with enough electronic audio/visual components to distract a person from the dental work being performed.Many sincere thanks to all of you!

Je suis très déçu. J'avais adoré cette endroit que j'avais fréquenté une seule fois mais pour cause de déménagement, je n'y étais pas retourné. Aujourd'hui j'appel car je suis revenu dans le secteur et je me fais dire qu'il n'y a pas de place avant un mois et qu'il reste des places pour des urgences seulement... Je lui explique que mon cas est tout de même urgent car j'ai le tiers d'une dent cassée et ça se rend au nerf. Elle me dit désolé au revoir.... Très ordinaire.
