Eye Dr is absolutely great but due to what transpired with Tara we will not be going back and will be finding a new eye Dr and new place to buy glasses

Really superior experience - i find shopping for frames typically overwhelming but the vibe is super relaxed at Vision Clinic and there is a real authenticity in this place. I felt instantly comfortable and in very good hands. Highly recommend!

I worked in that mall from 2010-2017, got my new scripts & needed new glasses, was in the area & remembered this cool looking location & decided to pop in to see if it still exist.Met Pani the Manager who was very professional & extremely helpful, told her I was looking for something in particular that suits my personality.She was super patient showed me almost the entire store, I finally ordered the one that spoke to me... picked it up & loved it, about a week later I completely forgot to mentioned that I needed transition lens & was thinking I'd have to pay an arm & a leg to get this sorted, i popped back in to see Pani & was in full on panic mode, she addressed my concerns with ease & said it can be easily rectified.I will definitely be returning & so will all my friends & colleagues.Pani is your best asset, don't ever let her go.An Extremely satisfied customer

Dr. Mat Broschak is the most incredibly thorough and attentive optometrist I’ve ever seen. Dr. Broschak has a way of breaking down complex topics and explaining them in such a way that you feel educated about your eyes and eye health. I’ve never been left with any questions or doubts after an eye exam, and his suggestions for the most comfortable contact lens options for my dry eyes are always spot-on. The Okanagan is lucky to be served by the great team of doctors and staff at Orchard Park Optometry!

I agree with others, terrible shopping experience. I gathered a lot of items to try on and both sales clerks didn't try to help me in any way. I had to flag a girl down to go in the change room. She watched me struggle to select 6 items from my pile. After trying on, I went to grab another size on 2 items. When I came back a minute later, she told me, with a mean, sour look on her face, that the change room was closed - at 3:30pm, while the store closes at 5pm. Extremely unfriendly, unreasonable, and rude! I went to the cash and put the 2 items I was forbidden to try, on the rack. She told me not to put them there and to hand them to her. I reluctantly bought a couple of items. Would have bought more if it hadn't been such a horrible sales clerk. It was as though they didn't want me to make purchases $$$.
