Called multiple times, sent emails to cancel our donation subscription in response to the shameful treatment to Imam Sakata, but no response. The MAC management left me no option but to have to dispute the transaction through my bank.

Horrible service, I called 10s of times, sent 2 emails, and even visited the center to register in Arabic language and guide someone to the religion and no one was answering l clllant call. Voice mail is also full and cannot leave a single message.This is not the Dawaa I was expecting to receive from the centre

Tried multiple times to contact MAC london to cancel my halaqa subscription with zero responses to my emails. I tried calling them, they don't answer their phone and I can't even leave a message. I am currently paying $45 monthly for nothing. Very unprofessional.
