The staff here are so friendly. I was here a few months ago with my momwhile she picked out glasses, and again recently because i sat on my glasses and needed help to bend them back into shape. Both experiences were top notch. Really appreciated their willingness to help and to just connect on a human level through great conversation.

I was buying my first pair of glasses and the staff were so helpful! They were knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. My friend recommend them and I’m glad I stopped in as the first store I tried was not helpful at all, but Ollie Quinn was amazing!

High quality lenses and always elegant design. Also has the most helpful and kind staffs who are always enthusiastic and knowledgeable of what they do. After visiting all their locations a few times, (in my own opinion) the Robson location is the best when it comes to consultation and depth of knowledge about their products, as well as friendliness. I went to Robson branch a few times uncertain about what I want before finally making a purchase, each time their staff especially Pascal are always so patient with me and answer all kinds of questions, as well as providing suggestions and resolutions. Very happy with my purchase and even happier with the shopping experience!

I had a great experience when shopping for my new glasses. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very nice selection of frames to choose from and made were super helpful if I had any questions. Also, the quality of frame is awesome. My glasses came faster than I expected and when I came back to get them adjusted it was a very quick and easy process. Highly recommend.

I've been buying my glasses from online retailers and didn't enjoy the feeling of not finding out if I would truly like the glasses until they were bought, paid for, and shipped to my house. So I decided to go into a store, the old fashioned way. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I stepped into the shop I felt completely taken care of by Pascal and Kristina (? Tall girl). The whole staff felt like a team helping each other out, which just made the experience more positive. The glasses felt better quality than the last few pairs I've bought online, and the cases flat-fold so they tuck into a pocket nicely. Ollie Quinn offers lifetime touch ups on the screws and nose-feet thingies, so you can pop into the store if the screws have loosened over time or you don't quite like how the glasses sit on your face. They also help adjust the glasses so they sit squarely on your face, great if you have wonky ears or one eyebrow higher than the other. Love my new glasses!

Excellent service. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Haseena who helped us at the store was incredibly helpful and got me an appointment online with another store optometrist as I was in Vancouver for a very short, time and the Ollie Quinn optometrist schedule didn't work with my time frame. I was able to get an updated eye test done and came back to Ollie Quinn to get the 2 frames I liked. The frame variety is really great. Haseena had a lot of patience, was kind, and very helpful. Very impressed.
