Service is a bit slow at the pharmacy but the pharmacists are knowledgeable and give great advice. I’ve been going to this Jean-coutu frequently over the last 10 years because it’s close to home and cheaper than the depanneur. Almost every time I go there some staff member is following me or watching me; it’s theft prevention but it’s irritating. The manager of the store is not friendly and never ever ever smiles.

Apparently being smart is NOT a pre-requisite to work in this pharmacy. I’ve been there a numerous times since it’s the closest and the personnel either accidentally give me the wrong medication or rarely speaks English or having difficulty to change someone’s phone number.

Come here if you are not looking for a prescription. The pharmacist are always over booked and busy, and unpersonalized attention. Now like a continuance store is a decent place

Went in for photos. Cashier said my forehead was too shiny, and asked if I had any makeup. I didn't. He asked me to come back with makeup on. Super rude!!

I have been a customer here for the past 18 years , in the past 2 years I would say there have been a decline in their customer service, more so at the pharmacy counter. Many times I have had the wrong medication brand when specially asked to be put into my file not to have . To later find out that’s what’s been given and this on numerous occasions. They act superior when they should be more emphatic and helpful. I work in the healthcare field so I know how a patient should be spoken to and dealt with . It’s just a shame to see a decline when time after time things seems to go wrong and nobody seems to give a hoot. Very sad!
