I’ve been upgrading the blinds in my house over the last year and searched around and got multiple quotes and A-blinds came in well below the competitors with the same brand/quality blinds. The service is awesome and Leo and his staff are very well educated and helped me make the best blind and color selection for my windows. We came in to exchange some blackout roll downs that didn't fit and were cut incorrectly, as we measured them with a measuring tape. I was extremely disappointed in the store managers deminor towards us (Lori). It was more of pointing fingers and deflecting the situation than lending a positiveness to it all. If itit wasn for the supervisor Dee Dee being called off her break to assist I don't think I would ever go back. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service to help us get what we were looking for. I hope this insight is used to correct the shopping experience at your place of business and fill it with better store management, but applaud the good workers and continue to add good workers.

Outstanding service from Kaesir, Maher, and the installing team.I had a great experience with this company, and they helped me in other projects during my home renovation. Craig was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He came to our house with the samples more than once so that we would be comfortable with the choices.. We used Craig twice over the years and he is always dependable and very knowledgeable about the products. I would highly recommend Specialty Shades.
