Wesco Glass has been really great to work with. Ashley from their office is responsive and friendly. Mark and Richard who came by to inspect a possible leaking window were courteous and respectful. An absolutely excellent experience: I discovered a problem with my balcony enclosure which was installed many years ago by a company that no longer exists. I was alarmed because I thought it might be a safety issue. I called Wesco Glass in Burnaby. Luckily Scott, the owner, was in the area and he came to investigate the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained what had happened. He said I would be wasting my money to have it repaired" as it was an esthetic issue and the enclosure is more than 30 years old. Then he asked if I had a stepladder. I brought one out and he quickly resolved the problem. What's more is that he didn't charge me for the quick repair. I assured him that Wesco Glass will be the company I call when need any glass work done! I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone!"

Right from the beginning I was dazzled by the professionalism, friendliness and positive can-do attitude of the Wesco team, and they installed an enormous glass window (when other companies couldn't!) with speed and precision. This team is the best, and I will always turn to them in the future.

These people are pros . I needed a double pane window replaced after the original suffered from a collision with a stone. They made an appointment to inspect the original glass so they could replace it with the identical glass. They arrived on time a left soon after. When the replacement was ready, once again they arrived on time and set out to remove the old and clean the surfaces of old adhesive and some dust and dirt. Then they installed the new window, replaced the surround and cleaned up leaving a new window that sparkled. Great job Wesco.
