Horrible horrible horrible brought in both my Snowmobile and waverunner .. jus wow They need to get better mechanics there I would recommend going anywhere else over there .it's worth it just to drive down South and have your Machine serviced .. at a proper shop My machines both sat in the shop ..( Snowmobile 5 and a 1/2 months) waiting on parts then got it back broken missing parts wow... Had my seadoo go in for a service..(just wanted a spring check up nothingmore) 3 months in there shop .. The larger fella mechanic.. Used up a full tank of gas never replaced it and told me I needed to get a new fuel filter replaced it with a lawn mower one when I brought it to a shop down south to have it re repaierd they informed me it was not even for my marine equipment... btw .. snowmobile ended up costing.......... 2350$ ...... waverunner ...... 350 ... fuel filter.... And then the cost to go back down cell to lake Erie and have it repaired at the proper shop I bought it from wow ............FREE... wow Thanks guho no need to respond with your typical call our customer service and well talk no ya wont cant get A straight answer out of anybody there especially the lady who answers the phones and works the front desk by the way not everyone talks French ... Sincerely your Southern friends who came up here to get ripped off..."

I went in to purchase a chainsaw today and had a great experience. The lady in parts Caroline was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made sure the product was assembled and ready to go and took the time to get everything together, even though I overheard her shift had ended and she was supposed to have left. Thank you, Caroline, your service is exceptional.

Had an issue with my clutch on my alterra 600. Albert got me in and managed to squeeze me in. I know it's not always an option, but I think it's important to let your team know you're doing great work. A product is only as good as the team supporting it.Kudos and I'm Definitely a proud arctic cat owner.

Unfortunately I cant put a zero but I dropped my sled off for warranty work 13 business days ago. All it did was sit outside because my extended warranty was not showing up in their system. Yet I called them 3 times to get an update on the process of my warranty work and nothing was ever said about warranty not being in the system. Today I was told that it was going to take another 2-4 weeks just to get a quote, and the shop is back up by 4 weeks. Never was told any of this until my sled had been sitting in the backyard for 13. Fortunately there was one one younger gentleman that was the most helpful. Definitely wont be going back there again, very poor customer service.

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul at the parts counter who was knowledgeable and was able to get me outta there in no time with all the parts I needed to get my chainsaw working again!

I was treated like a king when shopping here and the team helped me so much. I could not ask for anything better.
