Exceptional and compassionate service. I appreciated every single step of their service and my wishes were taken care of. They were so very gentle taking her from the car and let us say goodbye to her. I cannot thank them enough for their kind service. Everything was handled in a timely manner. They answered all of my questions in a caring way and assured me that all of my 96lb baby would fit in the urn we selected for her. These people really care about your pet and how you wish to remember them. Thank you so much Patrick, Damien and Emily at Resting Paws.

A few weeks ago, I lost the closest family I ever had! Chargy meant the world to me, and I genuinely didn’t think I could go through with this process. However, after giving the lady a call I felt at ease and scheduled the appointment. Even with COVID and frigid weather, they were very courteous, accommodating and very very gentle with Chargy’s remains. The littlest things mean the most, so thank you Resting Paws for everything - the beautiful grieving cards, amazing service, and kind people.Thank you Resting Paws! From myself and Chargy!!

It has taken me a while to write about my experience with Resting Paws just because I am still grieving the loss of my fur baby. On November 24th 2017, my life changed when I learnt that Prada had passed away. I couldn't believe it and it was so surreal. I did not deal with Prada's death too well but thanks God I had Patrick from resting Paws to help me out.He was very delicate and courteous on the phone, I asked him to please help me with Prada and less than 1hour he was there to pick her little body. He comforted me and I felt somewhat better. He picked her up and gently put her in a basket that he brought and respectfully took her with him. Prada was cremated the following day early morning in Woodlawn. Patrick really made this process bearable and a little bit easier to understand, with his kind words he put me at ease. Patrick is a professional who understands the grieving process and how to help your fur baby cross the rainbow bridge. Prada was placed in a little engraved box with a certificate of her cremation and a card from Patrick and Sabine (which made me cry when I saw it). My mom also got me a necklace with her little ashes, I always think of her (good and bad moments) but I am glad to know that in death, she was respected and cared for with lots of love. THANK YOU PATRICK!!!!!

My dog died recently I didn't found a place to incenarate her. I found Resting Paws on Google and give it a call. They've have been very helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. They took my dog from my car with care and gave me her collar. This was a hard time for me losing my best friend we talk a bit so calm my emotions. They are good people and their services have been great and smooth. Thank you for caring for my dog.

I have no words to describe how amazing Resting Paws was, they made and extremely difficult time much more tolerable. They were very open in their availability, very supportive and understanding and very patient. It is obvious that they care greatly about their work and business and I 100% recommend this place over all the others after doing my research and my experience. I did a tree sponsorship for my dog Tribilin and I could not be more at peace with my decision and their services. The checked in with me on every single decision very promptly, and the location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I also have to mention the owners 2 amazing dogs that were so sweet and loving and really lifted the mood in this hard time. I was sent this picture by them, and it makes me very happy to see that my dog is not alone. So thankful.

Resting Paws provided an amazing experience for us when our beloved fur baby Lady Jane passed away. We are very thankful for their services. They provide comfort and peace of mind while trying to deal with a such a painful loss. They assisted us with choosing a service that honoured our Lady Jane with the dignity and respect she deserved. They are caring and understanding but most importantly compassionate. We definitely recommend their services for anyone dealing with the loss of a pet - The Neville Family.

Our dog Shelbee recently passed away and Eternal Companions were absolutely amazing! From the initial call and then meeting at the Gloucester location …everyone was so kind and considerate while we were finalizing the arrangements. The staff took great care of us ..including our sweet Shelbee ❤️A huge thank you to everyone!

Accommodating, understanding and compassionate. I spoke with 2 staff members (one being Donna) can't remember the other lady's name, they were both very empathetic to my personal situation and grief. It's Expensive but I would still recommend.

My dog cinnamon buns passed away Monday morning. Katherine was so lovely and compassionate and managed to understand what I was saying. We placed my dog into my vehicle and I drove her to the crematorium. My girl was well over 100lbs and I was worried how things would go. Patrick lovingly moved her on the the table and I said good bye. I waited to make the finale arrangements for urns til later that day. I got an absolutely lovely urn and a paw print. I picked her up a few days later and was again shocked by the love and compassion I was shown.I recommend them to all pet parents that want the best for the fur babies.
