Stephan is a professional that made this experience as straightforward and as easy as possible during a pandemic. A 3D scan was able to be made at my home. When they were ready the orthodics were dropped off and fitted. The recommendations based on my activities and shoes was perfect. Don't hesitate to book with Stephan for home foot care.

It is rare that you deal with a business that is professional from A to Z, that truly cares every step of the way. Pro Balance Orthotics is exactly that. From the receptionist who handles appointments and shipments to the person who actually comes to your place for measurements, everyone is a true professional. Aaron is patient and knowledgeable and I am totally happy with my orthotics - I even got a second pair from them, that is how much I'm satisfied. A big thank you to everyone involved, you guys run a tight ship and I only wish more businesses in Toronto operated the same way you guys do.
