I'm so glad I chose to go to this clinic. I knew nothing about orthotics and had to find a clinic fairly quickly as I had developed heel spurs due to plantar fasciatis and I was in a lot of pain. I could barely walk on my left foot and for an active person like me it was very frustrating not to be able to go for long walks or runs. I had emailed Derek one evening and received a reply the next day morning. I contacted the clinic that day and was able to get in the next day for an appointment. Derek was very thorough in his assessment and also provided advice on how to treat my foot such as stretching and icing. I had a full assessment and 3D images taken of my foot. I received my orthotics 2 weeks later and have been wearing them ever since. They have a made a huge difference I am now back to my long walks and running! I never realised how important it is to have proper support. I highly recommend this clinic. Derek and his staff are great and really know their stuff. Cheers.

The service from this clinic is top notch. I was seen by Derek and he guided me through the whole process. He was honest with everything and helped me make decisions of value. He suggested I get the shoe that was a little less expensive and told me that for my case it's more than enough. The turn-around time for my orthotic was also perfect! I was adviced of the time and they delivered right away. I also dealt with Richard on the phone and he is always pleasant to talk to. Derek is a very friendly and patient man who makes us feel very comfortable at appointments. My son''s orthotics are always right the first time. He is very knowledgeable and provides good suggestions and advice as well as excellent and timely service.

Richard explained everything in terms that were easily understandable. He explained what was good about my feet/gait, and what the problems were. He showed me video of how I walk and explained what he looked for. He demonstrated my problem with a set of foot bones. And then he explained how the orthotics would support my feet to correct the issues. I feel confident that I will be helped by the orthotics he will make for me. Richard also took a lot of time to show me different shoes and explain their features and how they should fit.. I have worn orthotics for years and have never had these things explained before. Richard is the best!

Derek is very professional and his customer service is outstanding plue also they are very so flexible in scheduling appointment that on many occasion Derek came on the weekend for the appointment. We are going to him for the last 8 years.Please try his services and you will be be so satisfied.

I just got my new orthotics from Healthy Steps and they feel fantastic. I work in construction so I spend long hours on my feet on all different surfaces and I was having hip, back and feet pain.
