Lisa is a very professional and intuitive practitioner. She gives one hundred per cent and has the deep understanding and training to back up her work. She has been my masage therapist for several years and I feel well taken care of. She goes deep and I find her ongoing pursuit of knowledge and her willingness to share her experience of nutrition and somatic understanding invaluable.

I have done a lot of massages with many therapists with multiple modalities in different countries and Lisa is definitely one of the best! I came to her several times with pain that persisted for some weeks which she resolved or made a significant improvement to in one session... I love her versatile skills and her ability to work with deep tissues and fascia healing combined with pure pleasurable massage (though maybe not exactly at the same moment). I also love the cozy space, the atmosphere and Lisa herself is a pleasure to work with. I recommend Lisa to everyone!

I highly recommend Lisa for her comprehensive approach to health that melds expertise in anatomy, physiology, trauma conditions and injury into her own exquisite healing modality that addresses diet, exercise, psychology and other lifestyle factors, opening many doors to a healthier life! On numerous occasions I've experienced her amazing intuitive ability to hone straight in not only to where attention is obviously (to me) needed, but to related areas that on the superficial level might seem totally unrelated. Lisa had been my therapist after a motor vehicle accident. She was attentive, personable, and through our appointments I was able to greatly reduce pain, reduce inflammation of muscles, and increase movement. Her prices are very good and location is wonderful for Cortes Island visitors, especially if you are staying in the south end of the island.
