I went to Zoran Designs Jewellery looking for a mens ring with a Serbian Crest. Due to the size of my hand they had mad a custom ring which was much bigger than the on online. Maja was helping me through the entire process and the experience was amazing. Maja went above and beyond to make sure that I get exactly what I was looking for and communicating with me through the entire process. I picked up the ring today and it exceed my expectations. I worked with the owner, Maja, on a design for an engagement ring based off a beautiful gold and sapphire ring I found displayed on their website. We collaborated via e-mail for several weeks. Maja was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout; answering every question, entertaining every idea that I proposed and providing me with great insight at every step of the process. When I came to pick up the finished ring, Maja was tremendously kind, friendly and accommodating. She provided me with a ton of information about the ring itself and gave me advice on how to care for and maintain it. Amazing experience! Maja was very pleasant to work with and really took our ideas into consideration when showing us rings. She worked with me to develop a custom Toi et Moi ring that was exactly what my now fiancée wanted. Maja was very timely with email responses and keeping me informed throughout the entire process.
