Went for a brow lamination and met the most accommodating and empathetic employee I have ever come across in this industry. The service was phenomenal and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Chatters Hair Salon
I visited the Chatters in Woodgrove Centre today. After about 5 minutes of wandering around I was asked if I needed help. I told the clerk what I wanted and they had no idea what I was talking about.... this is a common brand that they carry. Then another clerk came over and she showed me the brand but not the products I was looking for. No other products were suggested or recommended and they walked away. Perhaps they couldn't be bothered with a mature woman or maybe they just treat everyone like this? I will not be back.

Victoria Park - Westmount
Went there for a tattoo removal (the area to treat was small like a dime) and after 6 sessions ($150/session) nothing moved my tattoo is still as dark as it was in the beginning, zero progression. They gave me a free session but I still lost $750. Worst place, it's expensive compared to other places and there's no result.
