His staff are also very professional and pleasant. I can honestly say that there’s no job that’s too big or too small for them to keep every customer happy and at very reasonable cost. I truly couldn’t be happier with my new rings! :’) I came to Bisogno Jewellers to have both my engagement ring and wedding band remade (originally made elsewhere) and I had such a great experience working with Tony and Mitchell. I really appreciated the way Tony sat with me to break down the pricing, the plans for my new rings, and their process – all in GREAT detail. There were no surprises. I’m so grateful for the time and care they took to ensure I would have the rings we should have had in the very beginning. I honestly cannot believe how amazing they look – I didn’t think it was possible to achieve something so perfect. Thank you, Tony and Mitchell!

I came here for a quick watch repair and it was a great experience. Tony and his staff are amazing and friendly. They managed to fix my watch in the matter of minutes as I looked around the impressive showroom. The place is nice, clean, and bright. I highly recommend this establishment to anybody who is in the market for new jewellery or repair service.

I had a really good experience dealing with Tony at Bisogno Jewellers North. He helped me with selling my jewellery at a good price. He was thorough and took the time to explain the process for selling. He gave me some great advice about appraisals and where to go for a detailed one. I went in and he looked at the items and gave me an estimate on them and said to go home and think about it. I went back to Tony after visiting a couple of other places, as he was the most helpful and knowledgeable of the group. I was very happy with the experience and the excellent customer service I was given. I do recommend Tony to those buying or selling jewellery.

Tony and Mitchell were the most welcoming and genuine guys I have met in the jewellery industry. From the first time we met, Tony and Mitchell were honest, fair and very knowledge about both gold and custom engagement rings. From start to finish of getting a custom engagement ring made by Tony, Tony ensured I was happy with every single detail (no matter how small or big). Tony has brought my vision of a ring to life. The quality/craftsmanship of the ring is amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to visit Tony and Mitchell for any of your jewelry needs. Will be going back for wedding bands.
