Went in to get a screen replaced on my Samsung phone. When I got home I noticed the screen was lifting and I could seen into my phone. Took it back to show them and they were acting like they couldn't see anything wrong. They even called the cops cause we wanted him to fix the problem or some kind of refund. The cops couldn't do anything about it but they could see the screen wasn't installed properly. Well they fixed" the lifting and we got a small refund back. Like we paid almost 200 for the screen replacement and got 50 back. Mind you I also called ahead of time to make sure the screen they had were samsung screens. I am positive they put an aftermarket screen in. Also after thay had done this repaire I have had problems with my phone charging. It wasn't able to charge for a long time and I wasn't able to use it. Now having issues with it lifting again and the screen is having color issues were it is lifting now. Pretty inconvenient after spending 150 dollars on this."

Purchased a simple older smartphone unlocked & was told it’s non-refundable. There was a hardware issue & thought there was nothing I could do. The owner reached out after my review & completed an exchange of a better device that’s in a great condition than what was purchased. Advised there’s a 3 day hardware warranty. They corrected the issue even though that’s not what was communicated at time of purchase. Showed empathy & that’s great!

Got a phone for a cheap price, was able to make a plan in my price range and the plan worked very well, the phone still works to this day! And they help set it up too! Very great customer service :)
