I worked closely with Jonathan at Passion Diamonds. The service was absolutely incredible and the end result was better than I had anticipated. Jonathan was patient, knowledgeable, and my experience working with him was a perfect balance of being able to be creative yet having expert guidance. Highly recommend and will go back to Passion Dimaonds in the future!

I visited this store with a dead watch battery. I was in and out, with my watch battery replaced, in about 3 minutes. The gentleman there was funny and professional. 10/10.

These guys are awesome! I drove 600 miles to see the biggest pawn shop in the world. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived only to find their doors closed. I did have to drive a few more miles because they moved, but they gave me the royal treatment. They pulled out the good stuff (high end watches) and gave me a great deal in some electronics (laptops). Thanks guys! It was awesome!

I love this store. Staff are wonderful, when serving you, you have their full attention. Rob is excellent for both his jewelry and coins. I recommend this store to people all the time.

My sister was looking at the rings and requested to try one of them on. One of your older male employees repeatedly asked very rudely Are you going to buy it? " With reluctance he went behind the counter and let her try the ring on. Probably never coming back because of this very rude service. Not impressed. Sadly I will be sharing this experience with my friends and Instagram followers ;)"

Stan is the absolute best! Went in with my wife to get a ring re-replated and Stan was so good we ended up finding a new pair of earrings as well! Thanks Stan
