Horrible communication skills and customerservice support. They will talk down on you likeyou are stupid. They will take weeks to replyeven though they said it would take a couple ofdays (which would be fine, if theycommunicated quite literally anything). Whenthey say they're going to call you, they won'tand you have to end up calling them days laterfor the exact same result (nothing). They will cutyou off in the middle of your sentences andexplain the same basic things over again, eventhough you've expressed that you already knewand understood those details. They took almosta month and $55 to tell us what we already saidwas wrong-- which, they just said that it wasnot worth fixing it" and to just "buy a new one".Attached below is the laptop they were referringto as "unrepairable". I've seen way worseconditions

I have been to Simparo for computer repairs and upgrades two times now. Both times they have provided exceptional service. They are very knowledgeable about computers and do a nice and thorough job. They are priced very reasonably too. I highly recommend them for any computer repairs, maintenance or upgrades!

A worst Apple experience at dix30 Apple Store, I was terrified by Jade, after hours waiting with frustrating, a woman name “Jade ”suddenly talked to me but was arrogant, rude ,without commitment to the well-being of its customers , she also said that she is the highest manager in that store…..I went to another store in downtown and was served with excellent by the true Apple professional.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Staff here are all certified college graduates with certifications in their field and a company that's been in business over 30 years! Much better than a corporation like best buy or staples that won't even hire certified techs as they are over qualified". Buy local support local! And the money stays in our community vs a giant corporation that doesn't care about the little guy!"

Great service and very helpful even when giving advice over the phone. I tried fixing my own laptop and went to Compufix when I ran into some problems. They got my computer working again very quickly and now it's faster than when I first bought it! Would recommend to anyone in Rockland!
