My fiance and I designed and purchased my engagement ring at Green Lake Jewelry Works! We had such an amazing experience working with Sophia and the rest of the Green Lake Jewelry team. Sophia is incredibly responsive, creative, and an expert in jewelry design! We never felt rushed in the process and felt that everyone wanted the ring to be just as we imagined. The store front is inviting and comfortable with complimentary soda, water, or coffee during your appointment. Green Lake Jewelry created a spectacular, one of a kind ring -- exactly what I wanted. Additionally, we were shocked by the competitive pricing! The cost of the ring (with the center stone) was much less than we had been quoted at another major jeweler for just a center stone. We will be lifelong customers at Green Lake Jewelry and highly recommend everyone to go there!

I had an amazing experience designing my fiancee's engagement ring! We were able to size it and get a custom design with a compressed schedule and without her finding out :) I really enjoyed the whole process and communication from them about the progress of the ring. Definitely go here if you want a cool ring that's going to be unique to your partner.

This place is an amazing local jeweler! My husband worked with Sophie M to design my stunning oval solitaire. Then, Sophie M worked with us to use my family diamonds to create my dream wedding band! My rings are so special and of incredible quality. My husband also loves the gold band he chose.My MIL was able to repair a family tie pin here that my husband wore at our wedding that looked fabulous. This is THE place for your jewelry needs!

Working with Christine at Green Lake Jewelers was an awesome experience! I wasn't sure what the process would be like, but Christine talked us through all the steps and what to expect. She was very patient with us and had amazing design ideas, and we could not be happier with the finished products! There was initially a mix-up with the finish of the engagement ring compared to the wedding band and Christine worked with the rest of the talented team to make sure it was corrected quickly and with great care. I couldn't have imagined a more incredible design and experience. Would highly recommend!

They patiently helped us while looking for a stone to use in our engagement ring, and even took our preferences into account to find the perfect one at a Gemstone Show. We're really excited to see the finished product once our setting design is done. Christine is fantastic, and Susie did an amazing job filling in for her!

I love this place! Around 10 years ago, my partner and I went to Green Lake Jewelry Works to explore wedding ring options they have to offer. We were blown away by amazing wedding ring options they have plus they also offer very creative ring designs that you won't see any other jewelry shops. We ended up doing custom design on my wedding ring. I have it for over 10 years and I am very happy with it. The quality is fabulous!We stopped by this place this morning - we are still blown away by the world class customer service we received. One of employees, Ellen did really great assisting us to help my partner to select a wedding band. We are very happy with the service and ring design we worked on together. I also had my wedding ring maintained and cleaning. We are very happy with their services. We definitely will come back again when we want to purchase jewelries or have our rings cleaned. Very highly recommended this place!

My husband and I recently worked with Green Lake Jewelry Works to update my engagement band and setting with the existing stone. Our experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Our designer, Ellen, was super attentive to detail and was able to work within our desired parameters and budget resulting in a gorgeous updated ring just in time for our one-year wedding anniversary.We experienced great communication throughout the process - from a zoom consultation meeting, using the online portal to communicate updates, and booking appointments to see the wax mold and picking up the ring. Everyone we interacted with was professional and kind. Top notch work by the design and jeweler team. We will work with Green Lake Jewelry Works again in the future.

Green Lake Jewlery and Rebecca were such a pleasure to work with! From the moment we walked in till the moment we picked up our rings, Rebecca has been so kind, helpful and wonderful to work with. She was someone I immediately trusted to work with my husband on a surprise design and made my dream engagement and wedding ring come to life with ease! When we went back to design his ring it was so easy and such a pleasurable experience. Their work is beautiful and their staff has always been so welcoming and knowledgeable about their craft, we would recommend Green Lake Jewlery and Rebecca any day!

I was on the search for a new jeweler for my family to work with as we have a lot of heirloom stones/metals we like to repurpose for new pieces. After lots of searching I came across Green Lake Jewelry Works, and I am so happy I found this place!!! Not only do they do all their work in-house, but their designer team is absolutely delightful to work with -- so patient, creative, and skilled. So far I've had a pair of earrings made at Green Lake Jewelry Works and they turned out beautifully, very high quality work and exactly what I asked for, right down to the tiny details. I have had really excellent experiences working with Ellen L. and am looking forward to creating many more beautiful pieces with her in the future.
