Green Lake Jewelry Works

We took my rings to Green Lake Jewelry to be sized up. Wish someone told me when you get older your knuckles swell….I digress. They were very professional and we felt good about the fact they have the lab in house. The rings were perfect! You cannot tell they were sized up. We will definitely return if we have any jewelry needs!

I've had 4 items made by Green Lake, all of them have turned out amazing.Ben was great to work with, quick to respond, and always had time to meet up and did a great job providing me with many different designs to review for what I wanted and helped advise me on what would and would not work style wise.I needed a very specific colored center diamond stone to match my wife's engagement ring, they kept on the hunt and were able to find it after I think about 6 months or more of searching. Ben had stones brought in for me to review, and even sent some back that didn't meet his quality bar.I highly recommend Green Lake Jewelry Works for service and craftsmanship.

She was professional, timely and a joy to work with. We are forever grateful for her expertise! My fiance also worked with Lena in 2021 to design my engagement ring and had a very positive experience. We would highly recommend Green Lake!

Erich was an outstanding partner in our engagement ring creation process from start to finish. My fiancée and I wanted to create a custom ring that utilized two heirloom diamonds and brought in one new one. On a whim one afternoon we decided to explore a couple of jewelers for the first time, and when we walked into Green Lake Jewelry Works, Erich greeted us and took us in, even though we hadn’t booked a consultation. We ended up sitting with him for over an hour as he took all sorts of notes about what we wanted and what we were bringing to be used in the ring. Erich was polite, poised, knowledgeable, and prudent. His suggestions for ring construction and stone selection made me feel like he was a collaborator and advisor rather than a salesperson trying to upsell at every opportunity. Throughout the ring construction process, Erich provided updates that gave us full confidence every step of the way. I would trust the guy with my life. Overall, we were truly impressed with GLJW and are happy that we followed the recommendation of so many folks on the internet. This is a seriously nice operation that knows exactly how to work with clients who have high expectations for custom jewelry. We can’t wait to do more designs with them in the future.

My fiancé and I recently worked with Brooke at Green Lake Jewelry Works to design my engagement ring. It was an absolutely amazing process! We both learned so much about how rings are designed and made, and we felt so confident following Brooke's advice. She listened to my vision and advised me to make choices that would improve the ring design and longevity - things that I didn't even think of! The communication was super easy through their portal, and everything was completed on time - early in fact! We loved working with Brooke so much, and can't thank her enough for everything she did to make this a reality for us. She truly made this whole process so much fun. Couldn’t have asked for a better designer or final outcome! :) I would give more than 5 stars if I could, and I can't wait to go back for my wedding band and future jewelry needs!

When we first walked in (Bellevue location), we were greeted nicely by one of the designers, Ben. He was very helpful and told us about their process and was showing us around. We ended up starting the process to design a ring that same visit. I was able to pick a stone I loved and get set up for the design page. The process was fun and Ben made it easy. He really seems to know what he’s doing and was very helpful about what designs can last/what ones may not be the best for longevity, etc. I was super impressed by how professional and thoughtful he was throughout the process. The different steps done to make sure the ring is what you want is great. He first did a design, which you can add/change things with, then when you find what you like, CAD images are done, then a 3D printed model which I was able to try on. From there it was waiting for the final ring to be done. As well, he was honest that their timing for a ring when we met him were longer and he offered to have the stone placed in a temporary setting. I loved having that and didn’t know it would be an option. Overall, such a great experience. I would love to see Ben again for future ring/jewelry needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We've gone to Green Lake jewelers for both our engagement ring and wedding bands. Their workmanship is remarkable. Chelsea, our designer, is creative and does an amazing job bringing our concepts to life. The free cleanings are an added bonus!

I chose Green Lake because they had the best filigree design options. They communicated with me to make sure that the design was exactly as I wanted. The ring turned out exactly as expected, and the craftsmanship is excellent! The whole process went smoothly, and there were no problems at all. She said “YES!”

I have nothing but great things to say about Erich and the team at Green Lake Jewelry Works. Erich did an incredible job designing our ring and was so helpful throughout the whole process. He made it such a fun experience. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking at getting an engagement ring or any jewelry in general!

First experience with Green Lake Jewelry Works was great! After seeing other positive online reviews I went to Green Lake Jewelry Works to get an engagement ring. Everyone was nice and welcoming as soon as I walked into the Bellevue location. My designer Ben was nice and knowledge, helping in every step of designing a custom ring. He was great to work with and I look forward to getting wedding bands next from Green Lake Jewelry Works!
