Top notch customer service! Taryn and Dion worked tirelessly to help me create the necklace of my dreams for my daughter’s wedding. They were both so kind and patient, showing me so many options until we finally NAILED IT!Their whole team works together like a fine oiled machine. I was so impressed with the whole staff. I also had some repairs done and I couldn’t believe how quickly the repairs were done and for a very reasonable price.Whether you’re purchasing or repairing jewelry, this is who I would recommend.

We bought jewelry years ago from Lawrence jewelers and we’re pleased with the customer service back then. Recently, in a quick trip back to the area, I noticed the band on my ring had broken. They were able to repair my ring quickly. Everyone there is friendly and they did a great job fixing my ring. I highly recommend them!

The moment I walk in to Lawrence Diamond Jewelers I am greeted by folks who remember me (and know my taste in jewelry!) I am warmly welcomed, listened to, and assisted with choosing a perfect gift. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable to help me select something unique to the occasion. Recently I purchased a limited edition watch that came back manufacturer and wasn’t quiet right. They went over and above to make it right for me. I will not shop anywhere else-I’m a loyal customer who would give the highest recommendation to anyone shopping for jewelry.

Lawrence Jewelers is a solid Christian company. I will always refer people here as they have taken the best care of us! We’re always greeted immediately upon entering the store. The staff is absolutely great at what they do. My husband and I have worked with Pamela, Samuel, Jennifer, Sergio, and Alex. Every employee is attentive, professional, and well-versed. They get a grasp of your style and make recommendations based on what you like. The jewelers are also amazing. I bring my jewelry in every six months for cleaning & inspection and everything is usually ready for pick up within 2 days and always looking gorgeous. Every time I walk into this store I find something I love - they have a little something for everyone.

Jenny and Morgan were both exceptional examples of high quality customer service. When we met at a concert and compared our Shinola watches we knew we had to pay the store a visit. The store has a fantastic atmosphere and the kindest most welcoming employees. I was having an issue with my Shinola I purchased from the Detroit location and Morgan offered to send it to them for a repair so I could save a trip there myself. Jenny also offered to show me some of their Shinola watches in store and I fell in love with one that was just perfect for me. I will always remember this moment as one of my most special purchases.
