I brought my daughter to Urban Eyewear for a check up after 1 year as she was having a hard time seeing again. Dr. Raji gave her a new prescription and was concerned with the speed of progression her myopia had in the year since her last exam. He had us back after 6 months to check them again, sadly they had progressed again. He recommended MiyoSmart lenses to help slow the progression of her myopia.I am so happy we decided to try this new form of myopia control. She recently had a 6 month check up after wearing her MiyoSmart lenses. We are all so happy that there was no change! In North America myopia management is relatively new, especially in Thunder Bay I he is the only practitioner offering this. I am thankful that we found Dr Raji and he was able to help slow the progression of her myopia!

Great service and great selection.Josh has been my go to guy for years. Now that he's with Urban Eyewear I can also get good designer frames.I love Josh because he's open and honest and won't let me go home without something that looks great on me!

Honestly, my experience was a pleasure from front to back. Had great help selecting frames, was educated in the different lens options, and walked out 2 weeks later with two awesome pairs of glasses and wonderful customer service. I'll be getting my next pairs here, too

These are easy folks to deal with!From the appointment with the Dr to the frames selection to the order & fitting, Ryan did a fantastic job. He also was excellent with adjusting my new glasses to fit perfectly (not an easy feat with my tiny nasal bridge & high cheekbones!!!). The selection of frames wasn't as big as some stores, but the service more than made up for it. Still found fantastic frames & got the friendly service that sets them apart.

This is the place to get your glasses I'm very happy with the professional service. I just went for a adjustment now my glasses stay where I want them to even on a hot and sweaty day. excellent service thank you
