Made me come back for a petty 55 cents. Some till Operator's don't use the leave a dollar take a dollar system. Still donate my change though. Maybe one day.

Great selection along with very professional staff make for a enjoyable experience

All good. Staff are great. BC Liquors should improve /deepen the level of discounting on wine at month end on sale items. It will help encourage consumers to try new items, help consumers learn snd experience more to broaden appreciation and knowledge of wine, their likes and dislikes, , it will help build loyalty to the govt liquor stores, help increase the turnover of wines that need to move out of inventory, and so forth. Month end discounting will not really hurt the finances of BC Liquor as most customers will not wait until month end to buy wine. they will continue with regular purchasing as well as buy some extra at month end.

I picked up my liquor, and I went to the cashier to pay off, but the lady she insisted to see my 2 piece of ID , I'm 41yo by the way, I showed her my driver's license which is the only 1 I have at the time, but she had the power to say no, I felt been treated unfairly, so I went to a different liquor store, and I got it with no question, I'll never go back again

Decent options, not a ton of help, and they often need more people on the till but it's a great place to with lots of international options and some really good local/BC options too.

The store is located in a very good location.You can do tour grocery shopping, get a tan or visit a Dr. Or if you need mix or to mail something, or even get the best tattoo. Alternatively if you need to renew your insurance or just need to grab dinner or enjoy some martial arts. And indulge in fine dining or just do some banking and hit the boston pizza. Or A&W for a root beer. Etc.The store has a very large selection of cold brew. And a very friendly Crue. Some really comfortable (to deal with staff )with big smiles, and quickly adapt to each customer. Some times I just want to go say hi, when I am not looking to buy the products.Definitely worth the extra buck or two.Service and product. Only area that could use a boost is their returns department. The bell rings loudly. But no one really proudly owns the responsibility of serving you there.Friendly and politely they will treat you as they must get back to their more important business.Understandable- but who wants to wait for a maximum 2.40 cents.24 items max. If you had 24 2 litre bottles it might be more relaxed and less embarrassing.Lol. Get it while it's cold inside.C u all there. Don't forget to smile and be friendly. :^)

I went to the store to buy liquor they insisted I have two pieces of ID(24y/o), being from out of province I didn't realize you could use a signed credit card as ID. They refused to sell to me with my drivers license. Then my Husband(24yo) went in who is 2 months younger than me and they didn’t id him at all. I went back to purchase the drinks after I found out from google you can use a signed credit card and the lady acted like I was going to steal them after I tapped my card? Come on. Never been treated that atrociously. Horrible experience.

Clean and friendly with a great selection. Only downside is sometimes a surge of people can show up and with usually only one person on cash it can take a bit before another shows after the call is made.

The store has geen redone & it's beautiful. They've added a tasting section. They are a signature store now, carrying lots of signnature items. Don't forget to pick up your copy of Taste!
