Everyone was incredible here. The owner, the doctor, the staff. Impeccable customer service and they helped us get the perfect frames at the best price possible. I ordered custom raybans sunglasses and they helped me with the adjustments as well. The staff takes all the time needed to present you with the best options for any budget and there is literally ZERO sales pressure.I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere here, and how easy and non-forced the process of frame selection was.Another nice touch is the location itself. The office is tastefully decorated (love the wallpaper at the reception!). And there is always lots of free parking right in front of the store and it is a one minute walk from a nearby bus stop as well.100% recommend this place!

The best optical ever! Our family of four visited the store for the eye exams and new glasses. The service was impeccable. The doctor made everything quick and easy, which is important with the two small children. Julia was amazing in helping us to choose the perfect sunglasses. We were extremely satisfied with our purchases, will definitely come back again and highly recommend the store to everyone.

When it comes to retail optical outlets, there isn't much that separates one from another when it comes to the frames and the general product everyone offers. So to stand out from the crowd, it really becomes about quality of service and the people behind that.To that extent, I cannot speak highly enough of Paradeyes Optical and it's owner Optician Julia. There is no question that she is a professional and knows her stuff, but what I really enjoyed was her personality and how one can see she genuinely enjoys her work and serving her clients.I had the chance to watch her and her staff deal with other customers as I was looking around and waiting for her to come and help me. I couldn't help but be struck by the way that she was interacting with them and how the kindness and joviality was being equally returned. It isn't something you see all the time, so it was incredibly refreshing to see.When it was my turn, she started with a few basic questions and from there she had a pretty clear idea of what was best for me. And when I picked up some options that I thought might work, but she knew they wouldn't, the way she basically steered me away from them made me trust her right away. What was more impressive was that the frames she told me didn't work on my face were actually more expensive than the frame we ultimately agreed on. So this clearly to me was about finding the right frame and not the most expensive one - and that was something I truly appreciated since I was paying for these out of pocket.I actually teach a business course on the fundamentals of customer service at a local college. Based on the content that we teach in the course, I'd say that Paradeyes is an A+ textbook example of how to know your strengths and to do them well. It was very nice to receive not only glasses, but also a case for them. She also gave lenses according to my new prescription. Since I am from Ukraine, she did all of the above absolutely free!

I will buy my next pair of glasses here :) the owner is great, I went in today to have my glasses adjusted and she remembered me from when I bought them over a year ago. She is extremely friendly and always goes above and beyond. And the prices are good compared to other stores
