My family and I had the best trip with Sea Wolf. I had chosen Sea Wolf because it was a First Nations owned and run business.Thanks Steven for bring a great guide!He was charismatic, patient, and really respected the animals. He got us close without disturbing the animals. He also went the extra mile so a few of us could wait to get the shots we wanted. Not only did we see grizzlies but we also saw humpback whales and sea lions!Steven also shared information about the Indigenous culture in the area. It was great to get a different perspective of the area which I appreciated.For guests, bring a zoom camera to get detailed shots! Your phone camera can get close but you will be sad if you can't get take the view your eye sees.The only constructive criticism is to remember to give binoculars early!

Had a great time with the captain and tour guide! A lot of wonderful information and a very pleasant boat ride. Am very glad to have chosen this company as the boat is smaller and more intimate than other local cruise ships. And the views were great as you can step up directly to the edge of boat when at a site.

Book with Captain Ron and Seaking Adventures. A group of us went and had the most amazing time. Captain Ron gave us a real tour. He took us to see some old light houses, talked to us about the history of the island and answered any questions that we had. He is also amazing and finding the whales. We saw a bunch with him. His prices beat everyone else and will give you an adventure you wont soon forget. We were very impressed.

My friends and I rented a boat twice this summer, from BCBoatRentals.We first went out with the 20' Four Winns H200, lots of room to fit 8 adults, and lots of power for a nice and sweet cruise.We had an amazing day & experience with this boat and we were delighted by the great service and support that we had from the owner, so we chose to continue renting with them and we tried the 18.5' Bayliner this 2nd time. We truly enjoyed that 2nd time rental as much we did the 1st time, and thanks Gord for the great service you provide.You'll definitively be seeing our business again next summer !!!

My husband and I were at Cox's Cove the last week of May 2023. We had booked our four hour tour for Friday based on the recommendation of our son and his family. Darren worked with our schedule to avoid the bad weather and we went out a day earlier. Our tour was amazing! Darren is both knowledgeable and such an easy person to get along with. He customized the tour to our interests. We saw bald eagles, jigged - and caught - a large red fish. Our snack and hot chocolate at his 'beach cabin' was lovely. His tales of the area and the people were entertaining and interesting. Even with my husband's sensitivity to waves, his record of never having a client get sick continued. We would highly recommend this for anyone's visit to the island.

Must try when in Thunder Bay! Sunset rides are great, large catamaran, perfect for larger groups. You can be inside if it rains, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms! Kitchen, sundeck. very unique to sail on the largest fresh water lake.

We had the most incredible time with Discovery Sea Adventure Tours! This tour was everything we wanted and more! The Zodiac boat is amazing! We explored the stunning shoreline, saw the adorable puffins and the beautiful icebergs! Captain Bob is very knowledgeable and made this experience a lot of fun! We highly recommended booking with Discovery Sea Adventures!

We had our wedding on the Yankee Lady IV and are so thankful that we decided to use this venue! We booked in March and had our wedding in July. From the moment we talked to the general manager, Jill Hicks, we knew we made the right decision. Jill was very attentive and was there for us every step of the way. All the recommendations that were given was excellent. The food and photographer were amazing. Everything went so smoothly and we had our dream wedding. The staff during the wedding especially Tasha, were outstanding and catered to our every need. Super friendly and very accommodating! We had the best day. All our guests are still raving about the stunning night. The Yankee Lady went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend their services!
