Taking care of your well-being shouldn't be overly expensive or complicated. I felt the time and money needed to invest in this course was very small in comparison to the personal health benefits. These techniques are a powerful tool to relive anxiety and other issues.I like that the workbook brochure (35 pages) is small and easy to pick up and reference, but not all of the diagrams are super clear to me, so having an instructor demonstrate the points was helpful. I also bought the digital copy to have on my device which is in full colour (unlike the paper copy).In my opinion the methods are much more comprehensive than 'tapping'. I found the science-based information on anatomy as well as the basic psychology incorporated in the method fascinating. Britanny broke down the big-word terminology and walked us through the 4 methods of each of the 5 healing cycles.Britanny is a patient and sympathetic instructor. She put a lot of time and effort into making sure all the students in class understood the personal value of learning and using the healing cycles for self-care. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to take control of their own health or is in a position to help a family member feel better.

My husband snores so loud that I have to use silicone ear plugs and even then I have a hard time drowning out the snoring. I was dealing with a chest cold for about 3 months...symptons were couphing/congestion/ and energy loss. I am always reluctant to do anything about it and just tough it out till it leaves, but it wasnt going anywhere.I had Britanny whip up some oils which I applied for a few days then she recommended a body scrub. It was a total relaxing session. The next day I was totally wiped. She said iy was the toxins surfacing and being released. The next day my symptons were gone and cleared up! Brittany is amazing! A compassionate and caring therapist. I've been seeing her for 3 years on and off. I was doing Hot Rocks, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.Starting May 2020 I finally was able to arrange my schedule to start an weekly EFT and a daily Aromatherapy treatment program.I've suffered from Chronic Migraines, Chronic Tension Headaches and chronic pain for 7-8 years.Since May the severe migraines have gone from daily (7 days a week) to 3-4 days a week . The pain in neck and shoulders has decreased in intensity.This a miracle for me.I highly recommend Brittany at Detox and Destress. Her therapies are not only healing but pampering as well.

Brittany is amazing :)! I went expecting to have a painful massage as that’s what massages had always been in the past for me. It was the exact opposite. I actually almost fell asleep and never wanted to book something on repeat like I did one of her massages! However, another amazing aspect is that she doesn’t make another appointment until you’ve had the chance to experience the release from the massage that you just had. This was another first as I’ve always felt an almost pressure to rebook with other places. The other thing I would be remiss not to mention is that she uses oils as part of her practice. Her oils are tailored to each individual. There is a paperwork to fill out pre-massage that she uses to make an initial oil blend and then as she massages you, she tinkers with it to find a specific fit just for you. And if you were like me and wanted the all-in experience, she can even make you the oil blend to use at home. I went for stomach issues that I’ve had ever since I can remember, as well as new (to me) headaches. The headaches weren’t an issue after my first massage. And for my stomach, what went from an everyday painful tummy experience, happened only three times in a six-week period.

I have been seeing Britanny at Destress & Detox for about 2.5 years now.I began with Reflexology appointments - which i still uphold; monthly, if possible. The Reflexology leaves me feeling energized in a “re-set” type of way, and deeply relaxed through my Nervous System in a way that I am not able to access on my own.After some deep grief & trauma in my life, Britanny suggested an Aromatherapy Massage to provide further support. The level of deep relaxation and healing that was found through these massages has been profound; I would wish everyone in the world to have this experience to help support them in their life. I have been working with oils myself for many years; but Britanny added her knowledge & experience with Essential Oils to take things to a new level. Alongside the Aromatherapy Massages - which i try to get every couple months - she has created a body oil for me to use, as well as a roller to use at certain times. The body oil and roller contain different blends she has curated - specific to me and her knowledge of my life/body. I have a very stressful job and these blends support me to let go of the deep attachments i sometimes feel to the stress i encounter at work, and to assist me with shedding the weight of the day so i can come home grounded and feeling calm. My own knowledge of essential oils has expanded greatly in my work with Britanny over the past few years and I now absoloutely count on my oils daily, different oils/blends for different reasons, to support me in continuing to carve out a balanced life. The oils and services offered at Destress & Detox have been an incredible support for me through some of the deep challenges of my life.I would highly recommend any of the services of Britanny’s that I have been exposed to; Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massages and uniquely curated oil blends specific to oneself and one’s life challenges.
