I had the pleasure of having Lou come into my beauty lounge and experienced her Aromatouch Massage and it was such a wonderful experience. At first I didn't know what to expect as I didn't know much about essential oils and what an Aromatouch massage entailed. I always prefer deeper physical massages working out the knots and muscles in the body but after experiencing this type of massage I am totally coverted. Lou's gentle touch in combination with all the different oils she used had totally put me in such a relaxed state. I am a business owner and there is always things on my mind so I find it harder to relax but this defiantly did the trick, I fell asleep fairly quick and woke up at the end of the session very refreshed. I highly recommend booking a session with Lou to experience the Armomatouch Massage if you don't know what it is!

Lou is so knowledgeable in yoga and aromatherapy. She is inspirational and is always so positive and uplifting. She was my trainer for my kids yoga teacher training, we became fast friends and she had been my mentor for yoga and essential oils for many years.

I attended one of Lou's Mama + Daughter mini Goddess Retreats. It was so good!! My eldest daughter and I both loved it very much. Lou was warm and welcoming and helped us to connect at a deeper level and have so much fun while doing it! We practiced some easy hand and foot massage, fun yoga positions to do together, journaling, and learned a lot about oils! Lou's knowledge of oils is amazing!! Not only did I book another Goddess Retreat to do with my younger daughter, I also signed up with Lou to learn more about oils! I look forward every month to the box of new oils, diffusers, and more in the mail that I receive! And the bonus is that Lou is there with me every step of the way to answer any questions I may have! I highly recommend Mandala Essentials!! You will to, once you meet Lou;)

While I have not had the opportunity to see Lou's new space, I have had the pleasure of learning about essential oils with her, as well as taking part in her yoga classes. Her life experience and her aromatherapy training give her an abundance of knowledge, and she is a wealth of information, help, and support for people with problems (physical or spiritual), needs, or simply a desire to better their lives. I have so appreciated her help moving forward with helping myself and my family through the use of oils.
