We left the bank we dealt with and switched all our investments over to Dana Hicks at Edward Jones. We are soo happy we made that decision. Dana is the best and she is only a call a way if we have any question. If I had to give Dana a number to rate her by the chart wouldn’t go high enough.

I lost my wallet recently so I had to get new card from the bank, I was facing a hard time and the service I got from this individual named as Chris was extremely disappointing. He attitude was extremely rude as he threw my driving license photo ID on the counter stating that it is not valid. He was not helpful and solving my problem rather he walked away from the situation leaving me standing on the counter. I do belive that cibc has the best service upto my knowledge but a rotten tomato like him can spoil the reputation of the company.
