Our company used NorthVanSuites to provide accommodations for some of our employees for the past 3 years. Dealing with the owner was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly and easy to deal with every time we contacted her, extremely accommodating to our requests, went out of her way to make our employees happy, was fair and reasonable in the cost of the suite, and provided a wonderful living space to our employees. We are so grateful that we found NorthVanSuites and would highly recommend this company!

I rented the suite in north Vancouver about 8 blocks up from Edgemont Village . It was incredibly clean when I first got there, fully furnished and all around had a nice asthetic whilst still functional. The owners live above the suite and are available to help at all times and are a very friendly family. It is close to grouse mountain so it’s in a very beautiful location, but close enough down so that youCan walk down to Edgemont Village . It is right next to bus stops so if you use transit this is not an issue going downtown or to the quay. Overall it was a 5 star experience for me, Convenient , comfortable , clean and good service from the owners. Definitely check it out.

My partner and I stayed at the Fullerton Ave Condo for a short few months, it was a nice quiet area with good surroundings! This was our first home in Canada, Alicia and Emilio made our transition from Australia easy. They are both very easy to communicate with and understanding, would recommend their apartments to anyone!

My wife and I rented the Lonsdale Quay apartment for 4 months. It was a very enjoyable experience. We loved the area and apartment. Alicia and Emilio were very hospitable and had everything organized for us upon our arrival. They gave us a great virtual walkthrough beforehand off their iphone and gave us confidence in renting. Alicia and Emilio at North Van Suites were the best to deal with. Very thoughtful and helpful with a quick replay if needed.The suite I stayed in was the best location. Close to all amenities and walking distance to everything I needed.North Van is an amazing community with mountains on one side and ocean front on the other with rivers and trails in between. I was there for work but it felt like I was on vacation everyday.Thank you for your hospitality. I would definitely like to return.

Location! I rented the Chesterfield apartment for my senior mom & sister for 2 years. It was the best decision. Very comfortable, clean, fully furnished, convenient location, well decorated, all the amenities you need, and close to restaurants and grocery stores (lovely coffee shop across from the entrance). They managed life without owning a car. Alicia and Emilio are kind, caring, responsive, and well organized landlords. This is a 5 star experience.I am so grateful that I found NorthVanSuites and would highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at Edjmond Village suite for six months. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The landlord is very kind. They always solve your problems in the shortest time and are entirely responsible for everything. Local access is excellent. Internet speed is perfect.

Stayed at the North Vancouver suite as a work suite in between night shifts for almost two years. Had a great experience dealing with the landlords, they were always kind, quick to help and so easy to contact. Would definitely recommend for a quick or long term stay.

Alicia and Emiliano are very nice landlords. My girlfriend and I lived in Fullerton Avenue for 3 months and when we left, they were understanding, quick to help and gave us all deposits back hassle free.We had no issues with anything whatsoever living there and anytime we had a question they were quick to respond. Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Vancouver to get in touch with them.

I lived with my partner at CapCondo Unit near Capilano river for nearly 2.5 years and our experience was awesome. Alicia and Emilio were supportive and caring throughout the stay. They took care of minute details and were responsive in nature. The unit is well organized with all kitchen appliances, utilities and furniture. It's very close to Park Royal shopping mall, bus stop, Cleavland dam and grocery stores. In the summer times, you can enjoy the beauty of Grouse mountain from the balcony. We will definitely miss the place as it has lots of our memories. Thank you for your hospitality.
