First day my 4yr old was very scared to sit on the chair. But the dentist and the hygienist handled him pretty well. Later they shower him with gifts and snacks, which make him really happy. Second day was a breeze as he was not scared anymore, and was great patient according to Shirly.

The most incredible team!! Every single need attended to and everything explained. Best dental experience I've ever had. My 10yo actually liked it too! Facility is incredible and modern. Can't say enough about how much we love The Parks!

Such a great place! Dr. Phil Mintern and dental staff was very gentle and kind to my son and they have an excellent skill! I am from South Korea and it was a first dentistry I’ve been in Canada. They gave my son a detailed techniques and friendly explanations, and they understood us. One of the dental staff tried to help us a lot and was very considerate of us. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Had a very through scaling with Rachel, taking time to ask about sensitive areas with a combination of water Pic and traditional work. Dr. Best examined me after the scaling checking x-rays to verify future work required. Very professional treatment, by all staff at this clinic.

They are so gentle and have great knowledge that they don’t mind explaining.My daughter’s first fillings were a breeze and have had extremely pleasant experiences, myself. The beautiful and clean space, and warm, friendly employees let you know that you are in great hands.

The BEST dental experience of my life. Our whole family goes here now. Bright, spacious and operates like a well-oiled machine. I don’t think I’ve met another business run as efficiently. And the staff, so professional and pleasant. My son is very resistant to having dental work done and we’ve had some bad experiences elsewhere. At PWBD his dentist was so warm, patient and most importantly empathetic to his needs. HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s the only dentist office that doesn’t give me anxiety and I actually look forward to going to. All the staff here make you feel very comfortable and welcome.
