Great place! The staff are very organized and helpful. I had no issues whatsoever, lots of room and a clean facility. They even organize the cash out lane for vehicles to avoid any line jumping, no nonsense here, I appreciate there professionalism and know I am not the only one to recognize it! Thank you.

Very convenient and organized facality for waste disposal.

Just this weekend, I accidentally came very close to closing time, and me and my brother ended up taking 40mins to unload a trailer full of dead Sod (back breaking work). A young lady working there named Greta, was VERY kind and allowed us to finish, and even offered to let us put the balance of the dirt on the floor and said she will clean it up in the morning. It's so reassuring that there are still compassionate, kind, and helpful people in our community.

Had a hassle free drop off experience. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the instructions on how to dispose of my various items made it super easy for me, especially as I had electronics, recycling and garbage. There were people to help lift heavy items too so that made it even easier.The only cost to me was for garbage disposal, all other disposal was free.I could also donate items to the Salvation Army at the same location. Great experience!!

Went there this morning for the first time. Was not busy.The staff very helpful and efficient.Dropped broken small electronics and hazardous material.

Easy go in and throw anything. They accept basically any waste. And as long as you live in the area and have any sort of bill to prove it, you don't even need an official ID. Also cheaper than other recycling centers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would do so gladly. The staff obviously don't deal with contractors very often. After the last big storm we have been working in Caledon and when we took a load to the dump not they did they not know what mulch is (trees processed through wood chipper). Originally they were going to make us shovel the mulch (wood chips) out of the dump box and after some explaining they realized after consulting superiors that we could dump it with the truck. Gross incompetence. And as we were leaving, I saw 2 elderly women having to individually unload their brush over a barrier with no help or guidance. As a contractor also, the person in the booth said I needed to bring the homeowner with me in the work truck and have a signed contract with a description of the truck, the clients id and her signature. We do not bill our clients until completion of the job. If you happen to go here as a contractor, and particularly as an arborist (who should not really even have to pay to dump mulch) remember to explain that wood chips are not construction waste or garbage and they are made from TREES.

Short wait times, helpful staff, well maintained… no reason anyone should not use the services with confidence.
