Kelowna Free Graze Lamb

I was in a pinch, my pig that I was roasting overnight had caught fire and burned to a crisp. I called everywhere! Kelowna free graze graciously saved my Easter! I need pork fast and without hesitation they offered to help. I know my review is late, but they saved my Easter dinner! 20 people were happily fed. Thank you I will return in the future for anything I need and will recommend them highly

We were given a price of $4.50 a bird over the phone, and we would be able to pick them up at 1:00. We discussed the age of my birds and how old they would be on our processing date.When we arrived we were then told our birds were large and we would be charged $6.00 a bird.We returned at 1:00 only to learn our birds were not ready and we should return at 4:00. We waited until 5:30 before they were ready.We feel they are grossly understaffed.In the end we paid $4.50 for three birds,$6.50 for 53 and $10.50 for 15. This is $130.00 more than we anticipated to pay.We called the next day to discuss our bill the following day. He said there was nothing he could do about this because he got his prices from the internet. We informed him we would contact the BBB and issue a complaint. There was no response. We are on here a digruntled first and last time customer.We would not recommend this facility

These folks are real professionals - they are fast and careful with my Mistral Gris, getting these colour-feathered birds looking great, and they cut our turkeys with a strap to tuck their legs in, perfect for a roaster that is going to be stuffed. I especially appreciate that the outdoor premises are clean and there aren't chickens or ducks wandering about in the holding area.
