Be WarnedThis company had a great reputation under its previous owner. However the new owner, Milton, proved to be untrustworthy and negligent in our experience. We hired him to paint 2 coats on the ceilings and crown mouldings in the main area of our Huntsville open concept home, a roughly 1000 sqft space. Milton arrived the morning of the estimated 2-day job while my wife and I were out running errands. When we returned unexpectedly to the house shortly after lunch, we found to our surprise he was packing up to leave. He told us confidently that the 2 day job was done in under 4 hours, because he was 'a really fast painter'. In reality, he had rushed one coat onto the ceiling and had not touched the crown mouldings. Somehow he left entire areas of the ceiling untouched and other parts he used multiple different sheen paints creating a complete mess. See photos. When we asked where the leftover paint was (we provided a 5-gallon bucket of ceiling paint), he stated he had used it all up and taken the empty bucket so he could re-use it to make stucco in. When I asked to see the bucket he reluctantly led me to his car and pointed it out in the trunk, at which point I opened it to reveal three-quarters of the ceiling paint still inside. Rather than admitting his dishonesty and returning our paint he made some very poor attempts to explain the problem away. When we asked to see the two empty trim paint cans we provided he said they were empty and gone, though we pointed out the crown was not painted. Eventually he got aggressively defensive and drove away with all of our Benjamin Moore paint and the job grossly unfinished inside. We now assume he overestimated how much paint we needed to buy with the intention of taking it. When the dust settled we were out over $1300 between stolen paint and our deposit for the job, not to mention the terribly lousy feeling of being utterly taken advantage of. For reference, the painter hired to fix this for us took 3 days to complete the work Milton claimed to do in 4 hours. We would never recommend his services nor suggest you let this man into your home as we regrettably did.

Milton was extremely professional - on time and on budget. He did a fantastic job taking down our popcorn ceiling (two large rooms) and making it fresh and new. You can't even tell the 80's once existed at our house!
