My mom’s care team (nurse Miriam &Tessy, lead nurse Heunsook) on 4th floor East Geriatric are very friendly and professional. Together they provide my mom with the best health care possible. I would also like to shout out to the Nurse practitioner, Jennifer Lehoux, she has been extremely helpful and always go above and beyond by making sure my mom is comfortable, always try her best to answer every single questions my mom may have before and after the nerve block injection. My mom’s other care team staff like Dr. Wan, PT- Preeya and OT- Jeff, and the Nurse Aid are also very professional and friendly. I am truly impressed by the kind and caring staff on the 4th floor east wing. Thank you!

I had an accident with a hatchet near Keji on July 12th. Went to the emergency and everyone fron the security guard, nurses, x-ray tech and Dr. were amazing. Best emergency room experience my old accident prone as$ ever had. Dr. even called the next day to check on me.

Took my husband to emergency in May because his feet and legs were swollen and there was lymph fluids coming from multiple places on his body including his feet. We waited for 8 hours with others not near as sick being treated. When I asked why we found out his file was in the trash. Then told we would still have a long wait. I took him home. Brought him back in the morning and waited another 4 hours only to be told that it was natural and if it persists go see your family doctor. Funny joke! Fast forward to August 28th and he is admitted through emergency again in kidney failure and very high potassium which was affecting his heart. Feet covered in vasculitis and leaking all over. Currently on his 9 day in hospital unable to stand on his own two feet. This type of medical care is not fit for the dogs.

I was in June 12th for day surgery. I was amazed at the quality of care I received in the 5 hours I spent in their hands. Being apprehensive and anesthetized in tandem left me feeling vulnerable. Each individual I encountered from intake, pre-op to operating room, post-op and discharge were absolutely genuine in their concern and compassion while guiding me through the process. Hats off to the staff in the day surgery section. You went above and beyond for one person of many I am sure that you see each day.

Very busy hospital. What did I notice...they are organized, staff you see in the hallways willing to point you in the right direction with a smile. You must wear a paper mask at all times (no cloth masks allowed).Imaging centre for x-rays was very busy, but names are called and the line was moving. Expect to wait 30 minutes. I liked the chairs that have plexiglass between them, such a great idea and made me feel very comfortable while I waited.They have Tim Hortons at the main coxwell entrance and a pharasave for prescriptions.Taxi stand just outside the main entrance waiting to take you home.Excellent Hospital and caring kind staff here.If you liked my pic of plexiglass glass chair give this review a like.

Visited Queens General for my Covid shot. The best organized, friendliest, welcoming and caring experience one could ask for.

Arrived at 10..am, still in waiting room with the same 4 people at 1.30pm.Under staffed and not able or unwilling to move patients through. I would avoid.

Desk staff is cold and not informative. Dealt with a little dark haired nurse who was definitely on a power trip. Got up to stretch my legs as I was sitting on a hard plastic chair and this particular nurse barks at me to get back behind the divider... she was down right rude about it. I told her she could have at least said please and she barks at me again to get back... She clearly lacks manners! You come in here thinking health care workers are warm and compassionate and this one was the complete opposite. I'll be reporting her to Vitalite for her rude and unprofessional behavior. She is definitely in the WRONG profession.. Warden would be more suitable for you sweetheart!
