Excellent customer service! I placed an email for 3 plumbing issues and was very impressed with the response from Krown and the crew who did the repairs. The reply was quick and the work done even quicker. The plumbers arrived completely prepared. Two workers fixed a connection in the toilet, installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a new hot water tank all within 90 minutes. Very professional, friendly, efficient service. The workers finished and left the place spotless clean after all their work. I would highly recommend Krown and their work crew to anyone who would rent with them or hire them as property managers. A special shout out to Holly H. who handled everything with a smile. The friendly service can't be beat.

Rented a property from Krown for over two years. Right off the bat, the best part was that they are pet negotiable, which is very hard to find, and it seems like a lot of properties from them are pet negotiable. We rented a fairly newly built house so not many issues, and any issues we did have were attended to by their maintenance staff in a timely manner. Our biggest maintenance item was that part of the fence blew over in a hurricane and they had a contractor out to rebuild it within the week. Communication was great and the staff were always good to deal with. Would recommend renting from Krown to anybody.

ICC always goes the extra mile to make sure my properties are well-maintained. It’s amazing how many little things you can do to really make your building stand out. I never would have thought of some of these things if ICC hadn’t shown me!

I live in a building that managed by BC Strata Employee management, our building manager Richie is really nice to everyone in the building, very helpful, work hard and professional, we are very satisfied with his work and they take care of the building very well. Thank you very much.

CAUTION ever doing business with this company and having them manage your property. Accounting practices are atrocious!!!. They delayed for months giving us financials. Double billed us, Paid vendors that did not provide services to us and did not attend scheduled meetings. This problem goes all the way to the top and not just our property manager which changed multiple times.4 years ago they were amazing and gave a 5 star review. Sadly things have changed.Very quick to reply to emails.Personable Polite and respectful to all council members.Detailed

I have worked with Laila and Olena as a member of our board of Director's for our corporation for the past 3 years. They are always professional and willing to explain things thoroughly when asked. They also manage to stay on top of all the yearly/monthly maintenance required and have great rapport with various trades. They have made my experience on our board enjoyable and easy. I have learned a lot from them and I am glad I had the oppourtunity to work with them through many different situations.

Blue Nova repaired my apartment after water damage from the unit above. They responded quickly. Everyone in their team did an excellent job. I was very happy with the quality and final standard. I would happily use them again or recommend to others.

One of the least responsive and least helpful property management companies I have dealt with. Very frustrating.They seem to purposely avoid helping clients. I have experienced it with several employees now, so it seems to be their company culture.Hopefully one day a change of leadership will bring them back to a client focussed organization that understands strata management is not just collecting money, but you actually give a service in return.

I exchanged a number of emails with one representative (Caitlin), who seems happy to help set us up with a viewing for homes we were interested on. On the morning before the viewing, an agent called from their office to confirm that we would be there at the arranged time, day and location. We arrived a few minutes early for our viewing, and no one from the company showed up. Ended up waiting around for 30 minutes before giving up and heading home. Of course, this was after their office was closed, so no one picked up the phone or responded to an email inquiring if the agent was running late.I had at first assumed something came up with the leasing agent, and was trying to be understanding that things can happen. But the company avoided my calls and emails afterwards, and never reached back out with an apology for missing a viewing with no explanation or to reschedule. I assume now that they rented the unit and were too unprofessional to cancel the booking and instead of apologizing chose to rudely ignore me. Very disappointed.
