First time getting acrylics and was not disappointed. Jennifer was my nail artist, and after showing a reference photo, she was able to get the design right away! It ended up being better than the photo I showed her. She is truly an artist with many years of experience, I highly recommend requesting her. All of the staff are so pleasant and efficient. Overall amazing experience!

I just went to this salon. I was greeted by a not very pleasant administrator who could not give me an answer to a question about the sterilization of instruments. In the salon, where there is a huge flow of customers, sterilization standards are not observed. Here, instruments are not packed in individual craft bags, there is no time for sterilization, there are no breaks between clients.When asked to show a sterilized instrument in a kraft bag with a thermal impact label, I was asked to leave the salon.I am a doctor. I am well aware of sterilization methods and importance of this. Many diseases, such as hepatitis, can be present in such dirty conditions.I was surprised that in Canada is so uncontrolled service.It’s a real horror!Don’t go to this place if you want to safe your health!!!

I wish I could give zero star !!!!!! Today I had the worst experience my 13 years daughter was very excited getting nails for her graduation at the school….. the staff was rude they were not listening to her what she wants. She asked for long nails but the lady cut her nail so short and unshaped on top that when she complained the owner and the staff member started humiliating her by saying your nail bed is small and started making fun of her !!!!!!BEWARE don’t waist your money……. Her day is already ruined very last moment……. Never visiting again

First time and last time doing my nails there. I had a terrible experience with the owner of the salon. My nails started to peel off the next day they were done. I came to the salon to check if they could fix them, and the owner treated me like it was my fault. She made me feel I was the one who was doing something wrong. She was so rude. I am very disappointed with her poor customer service.

When I got there i had to wait 10 minutes to be attended, then i asked for a design of the acrylic full set. As you can see in the prices, it says 37$, well i ended up paying 80.

Had a really bad and unexpected experience at this place. I recently paid for my girlfriends nails to be done for Christmas. She comes home and I find out she got some old man doing her nails. He was rude the whole time, didn’t listen to any of her requests, wouldn’t even make them shorter! She got them longer than she would’ve liked. And worst of all, the job done was so bad that the nails didn’t even last till Christmas Day, they fell off so easy. I will never pay for them here again it was such a waste of so much money. My partner won’t even go in and complain to get a refund or get them redone so I thought I’d atleast write a review so others can beware. We weren’t given any heads up that she’s going to be getting them done by a non professional. I’m utterly disappointed.

Saw Tracy today for a gel polish design change and was really happy with the service and end result. She understood what I wanted and was very pleasant and professional. I feel confident in her ability and will definitely go back and see her.The salon itself is clean and conveniently located. Telephone booking only, but they're good about answering the phone and getting you in at the time requested when they can.

Went to this place once and will not return. Wanted a regular, no frills manicure. The tech used the drill on my nails and I have since discovered that she has ruined my nail bed. A more qualified person told me that the drill should only be used for acrylic nails.Maybe that's all these people know how to do!
